Description
上記した以外の課題、構成及び効果は、以下の実施形態の説明により明らかにされる。
まず、本発明の第1の実施形態を、図1及び図2に基づき説明する。この第1の実施形態は、車両用二次電池の1つである円筒形リチウムイオン二次電池の例である。図2の分解斜視図に示すように、アルミニウム等の金属薄膜からなる正極電極14の両面に、正極合剤16が塗布されている。正極電極14の図中上方の長辺部には正極タブ12が複数設けられている。負極電極15は銅等の金属薄膜であり、両面に負極合剤17が塗布されている。負極電極15の図中下方の長辺部には負極タブ13が複数設けられている。

Claims (3)
- 電池容器の表面に樹脂フィルムを備え、前記電池容器の側面の少なくとも一箇所に凹部を有する樹脂フィルム付き電池において、前記凹部に、充填材が埋め込まれた前記樹脂フィルム付き電池。
- 電池容器の表面に樹脂フィルムを備え、前記電池容器の側面の少なくとも一箇所に凹部を有する樹脂フィルム付き電池において、前記凹部に、凹部の形状に合わせて形成された充填材が挿入された前記樹脂フィルム付き電池。
- 電池容器の表面と樹脂フィルムとの間、及び充填材と樹脂フィルムとの間に、同一のコーティング層を備えた請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂フィルム付き電池。
