Abstract
【解決手段】複合管10は、管体12と、管体12の外周面を覆うシート状部材14と、シート状部材14の全外周面を覆う継ぎ目のない保持層16とによって構成されている。これにより、シート状部材14の端部が保持層16によって覆われるので、シート状部材14の端部同士の接合を行わなくても、このシート状部材14を管体12の外周面を覆った状態で保持することができる。

Claims (5)
- 管体と、
端部同士を対向させて前記管体の外周面を覆うシート状部材と、
前記シート状部材の全外周面を覆う継ぎ目のない保持層と、
を有する複合管。 - 前記シート状部材は、発泡樹脂により形成されている請求項1に記載の複合管。
- 管体の外周面を覆うようにシート状部材を前記管体に巻きつけ端部同士を対向させる第1工程と、
押出し成型によって形成される継ぎ目のない保持層により前記シート状部材の全外周面を覆う第2工程と、
を有する複合管の製造方法。 - 前記シート状部材は、発泡樹脂により形成されている請求項3に記載の複合管の製造方法。
- 前記管体と前記シート状部材との間から吸気した後に、前記保持層により前記シート状部材の全外周面を覆う請求項3又は4に記載の複合管の製造方法。
