Abstract
【解決手段】無炎孔部31の各集合炎孔部32に隣接する各側部に、無炎孔部31の長手方向に所定の間隔を存して外側炎孔3b´を形成する。この所定の間隔は、集合炎孔部32に形成する炎孔3b間の無炎孔部31の長手方向に平行な方向の間隔よりも広く設定される。また、無炎孔部31の幅方向一側の外側炎孔3b´と他側の外側炎孔3b´とを無炎孔部31の長手方向に位置をずらして配置する。

Claims (4)
- セラミック製のプレート本体に、予混合ガスを噴出する多数の炎孔を形成した全一次燃焼式バーナ用の燃焼プレートであって、
プレート本体に炎孔が存在しない無炎孔部が格子状に設けられ、無炎孔部で囲われるプレート本体の各領域を複数の炎孔が密集して形成される集合炎孔部とするものにおいて、
無炎孔部の各集合炎孔部に隣接する各側部に、無炎孔部の長手方向に所定の間隔を存して炎孔が形成され、この所定の間隔は、集合炎孔部に形成する炎孔間の無炎孔部の長手方向に平行な方向の間隔よりも広く設定されることを特徴とする燃焼プレート。 - 前記集合炎孔部に形成する炎孔の前記無炎孔部の長手方向に平行な方向の中心間距離をP、無炎孔部の前記各側部に形成する炎孔の無炎孔部の長手方向の中心間距離をP´として、P´≧2Pに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼プレート。
- 前記無炎孔部の各側部に形成される炎孔を外側炎孔として、無炎孔部の幅方向一側の外側炎孔と他側の外側炎孔とが無炎孔部の長手方向に位置をずらして配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃焼プレート。
- 前記無炎孔部の幅方向各側の隣り合う2つの外側炎孔の中心を結ぶ線を底辺とする二等辺三角形の頂点に無炎孔部の幅方向反対側の外側炎孔の中心が位置することを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃焼プレート。
