Abstract
【解決手段】スプール10に、第1の開口10aを第1の排気室7−1に連通させる第1の排気通路10c1と、第2開口10bを第2の排気室7−2に連通させる第2の排気通路10c2とを設け、第1の排気通路と第2の排気通路とを非通路部分10dによって分断した構造とする。第1の出力空気圧室5を第1のダイアフラム9−1を介して第1の排気室と隣接させ、第1の排気室を第2のダイアフラム9−2を介してバイアス室8と隣接させ、バイアス室を第3のダイアフラム9−3を介して入力空気圧室2と隣接させ、入力空気圧室を第4のダイアフラム9−4を介して第2の排気室と隣接させ、第2の排気室をダイアフラム9−5を介して第2の出力空気圧室6と隣接させる。

Description
また、本発明によれば、入力空気圧室が第1の出力空気圧室にも第2の出力空気圧室にも隣接していないので、入力空気圧室と出力空気圧室との間を仕切るダイアフラムが存在せず、圧力の正負の変化が激しいダイアフラムをなくして、ダイアフラムの耐久性を向上させることが可能となる。
〔実施の形態1〕
図1はこの発明に係るパイロットリレー(複動型のパイロットリレー)の一実施の形態の構造を示す図である。
実施の形態1(図1)では、バイアス室8を入力空気圧室2と第1の排気室7−1との間に設けたが、第1の出力空気圧室5と第1の排気室7−1との間にバイアス室8を設けるようにしてもよい。
Claims (3)
- ハウジング内に形成された入力空気圧室,第1の供給空気圧室,第2の供給空気圧室,第1の出力空気圧室,第2の出力空気圧室,第1の排気室,第2の排気室およびバイアス室と、
前記入力空気圧室に導かれる入力空気圧によって変位するダイアフラムと、
前記第1の出力空気圧室に位置する第1の開口と,前記第2の出力空気圧室に位置する第2の開口と,前記第1の開口を前記第1の排気室に連通させる第1の排気通路と,前記第2の開口を前記第2の排気室に連通させる第2の排気通路とを有し、前記ダイアフラムに支持されて前記ハウジング内を移動する移動体と、
前記第1の供給空気圧室と前記第1の出力空気圧室とを画成する第1の隔壁に形成された第1の連通孔を貫通して移動可能に設けられ、前記移動体の第1の開口を開閉する第1の排気弁および前記第1の連通孔を開閉する第1の給気弁とを一体的に有する第1のポペット弁と、
前記第2の供給空気圧室と前記第2の出力空気圧室とを画成する第2の隔壁に形成された第2の連通孔を貫通して移動可能に設けられ、前記移動体の第2の開口を開閉する第2の排気弁および前記第2の連通孔を開閉する第2の給気弁とを一体的に有する第2のポペット弁と、
前記第1のポペット弁を前記第1の給気弁が前記第1の連通孔を閉じる方向に付勢する第1のバネ部材と、
前記第2のポペット弁を前記第2の給気弁が前記第2の連通孔を閉じる方向に付勢する第2のバネ部材とを備えたパイロットリレーであって、
前記入力空気圧室は、前記第1の出力空気圧室にも前記第2の出力空気圧室にも隣接していない
ことを特徴とするパイロットリレー。 - 請求項1に記載されたパイロットリレーにおいて、
前記第1の排気室は、第1のダイアフラムを介して前記第1の出力空気圧室と隣接するとともに第2のダイアフラムを介して前記バイアス室と隣接し、
前記入力空気圧室は、第3のダイアフラムを介して前記バイアス室と隣接するとともに第4のダイアフラムを介して前記第2の排気室と隣接し、
前記第2の排気室は、第5のダイアフラムを介して前記第2の出力空気圧室と隣接している
ことを特徴とするパイロットリレー。 - 請求項1に記載されたパイロットリレーにおいて、
前記バイアス室は、第1のダイアフラムを介して前記第1の出力空気圧室と隣接するとともに第2のダイアフラムを介して前記第1の排気室と隣接し、
前記入力空気圧室は、第3のダイアフラムを介して前記第1の排気室と隣接するとともに第4のダイアフラムを介して前記第2の排気室と隣接し、
前記第2の排気室は、第5のダイアフラムを介して前記第2の出力空気圧室と隣接している
ことを特徴とするパイロットリレー。
