【解決手段】充電制御装置1の通信制御部14は、電力監視装置2から送信される抑制指令を受信すると信号処理部10に対して電流容量(充電電流の上限値)を下げるように指示する。信号処理部10はパイロット信号のデューティ比を減少させる。その結果、電気自動車200に供給される充電電力が減少するので、供給電力が契約電力を超えてしまうことが回避でき、蓄電池の充電に起因した不具合の発生を抑制することができる。

Claims (8)
- 電力系統から供給される電力を利用した1乃至複数の蓄電池の充電を制御する充電制御装置であって、前記電力系統から供給される供給電力が所定のしきい値以下となるように前記蓄電池に供給される充電電力を調整する調整手段を備えることを特徴とする充電制御装置。
- 前記調整手段は、前記蓄電池を充電する充電器に対して充電電流の上限値の変更を指示することで前記充電電力を調整することを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記調整手段は、前記複数の蓄電池に対して優先順位を設定し、当該優先順位の低い蓄電池から先に前記充電電力を調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記調整手段は、前記複数の蓄電池の充電電力を均等に調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の充電制御装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかの充電制御装置と、電力系統から供給される電力を監視する電力監視装置とを有し、前記電力監視装置は、前記電力系統から供給される供給電力を計測する計測手段と、当該計測手段で計測される前記供給電力の計測値を前記充電制御装置に通知する通知手段とを備えることを特徴とする充電制御システム。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかの充電制御装置と、電力系統から供給される電力を監視する電力監視装置とを有し、前記電力監視装置は、前記電力系統から供給される供給電力を計測する計測手段と、当該計測手段で計測される前記供給電力の計測値が前記しきい値以下となるように前記充電制御装置の前記調整手段に前記充電電力を調整させる制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする充電制御システム。
- 前記調整手段が前記充電電力を調整している状態を段階的に報知する報知装置を有することを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の充電制御システム。
- 前記報知装置は、前記計測手段で計測される供給電力の計測値を報知することを特徴とする請求項7記載の充電制御システム。
