Abstract

Claims (26)
- 組織部位に減圧組織治療を行うための減圧送達システムにおいて:
内側スペースを有し、圧縮状態と弛緩状態をとることができる不透過性膜と;
複数のフローチャネルを有し、前記不透過性膜の内側スペース内に配置されたマニホールドと;
を具え、
前記不透過性膜の内側スペース内の圧力が、前記不透過性膜の外側の圧力より低く、前記不透過性膜内の前記マニホールドが占めるスペースの体積を小さくすることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記不透過性膜内の圧力を維持するように前記不透過性膜が密封されていることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムが更に、前記不透過性膜の内側スペースに流体的に連結された当該内側スペース内の圧力を維持する減圧源を具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記不透過性膜が、体液あるいは身体組織に接触して配置されたときに分解可能であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記不透過性膜が拡張して、前記組織部位近傍における組織を切り取ることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項5に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記不透過性膜が前記内側スペースに流体を注入することによって拡張することを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムが更に、前記不透過性膜を選択的に破るための鋭利な先端を有する器具を具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムが更に:
前記不透過性膜の上に配置したシールと;
前記シールを介して前記マニホールドを押す器具と;
を具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムが更に、前記不透過性膜と前記マニホールドのうちの少なくとも一方に動作可能に取り付けて、前記不透過性膜あるいは前記マニホールドの前記組織部位に対する位置を可視化するマーカを具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項9に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記マーカが放射性不透過性マーカであることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムが更に、前記マニホールドのフローチャネルの少なくとも一つに流体的に連結された遠位端を有する減圧送達チューブを具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項11に記載の減圧送達システムが更に、前記減圧送達チューブの近位端に流体的に連結された前記少なくとも一のフローチャネルに第2の減圧を送達する減圧源を具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項12に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記第2の減圧が繰り返し与えられることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項11に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記減圧送達チューブを前記少なくとも一のフローチャネルから切り離すことができることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項14に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記マニホールドが生体再吸収可能であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記マニホールドが更に:
主流路を囲み、前記組織部位に近接して配置されるように構成した可撓性壁であって、当該可撓性壁を貫通する複数の開口を具え、前記主流路と連通している可撓性壁と;
前記主流路内に配置した閉塞防止部材と;
前記主流路に流体的に連結された少なくとも一の出口を有し、前記主流路に減圧を送達する第1の導管と;
前記主流路又は前記第1の導管の少なくとも一の出口に隣接して少なくとも一の出口を有し、減圧を与えている間に前記主流路と前記第1の導管の出口の少なくとも一方を、流体でパージする第2の導管と;
を具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。 - 請求項16に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記閉塞防止部材は、前記可撓性壁の内側表面に配置され、前記主流路に延在する複数の突起であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項16に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記閉塞防止部材が、前記主流路内に配置した多孔性材料であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項16に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記流体が気体であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項16に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記流体が液体であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記マニホールドが更に:
可撓性バリアと;
当該可撓性バリアに付着させた多孔性材料であって、前記複数のフローチャネルを含む多孔性材料と;
前記複数のフローチャネルの少なくとも一つに流体的に連結された減圧送達チューブと;
を具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記組織部位が硬組織であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記組織部位が軟組織であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 組織部位に減圧組織治療を行う減圧送達システムにおいて:
少なくとも2の管腔を有するマニホルド送達チューブと、
複数のフローチャネルを有し、前記管腔のうちの第1の管腔内に配置されたマニホールドであって:
主流路を取り囲んで前記組織部位の近くに配置するのに適合している可撓性の壁であって、当該可撓性の壁を通って前記主流路に通じる複数の開口を具える可撓性の壁と、
前記主流路内に配置された閉塞防止部材と、
前記主流路に流体的に連結されて、当該主流路に負圧を送達する第1の導管と、
前記主流路又は前記第1の導管の出口の少なくとも一方の出口の近くに少なくとも一の出口を有し、負圧をかけている間に前記主流路と前記第1の導管の出口の少なくとも一方をガス流体でパージする第2の導管と;を具えるマニホールドと、
内側空間を有し、しぼんだ位置と膨張した位置をとることができるバルーンであって、前記内側空間が前記マニホールド送達チューブの前記管腔のうちの第2の管腔に流体的に連結されているバルーンと;
を具えることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。 - 請求項24に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記閉塞防止部材が、前記可撓性の壁の内側表面に設けられ、前記主流路内に延在する複数の突起であることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
