Description
Claims (38)
- 炭化水素クラッキング・プロセスにおけるクラッキング触媒を伴い使用される硫黄低減添加組成物であって、前記添加組成物は、その表面に、(a)周期表のIIB族から選ばれた第1の金属成分と、(b)周期表のIII族かIV族から選ばれた第2の金属成分を付着した支持材を含むことを特徴とする添加組成物。
- 前記支持材はモンモリロナイトクレイであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記第1の金属成分は、インシピエント・ウェットネス法によって前記支持材の表面上で含浸することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記第2の金属成分はインシピエント・ウェットネス法によって前記支持材の表面上で含浸することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記第1の金属成分は亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記第2の金属成分はジルコニウムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記第2の金属成分はガリウムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、約1から約10重量パーセントの亜鉛を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、約1から約5重量パーセントのジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、約1から約5重量パーセントのガリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤の濃度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約5から約20重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤の濃度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約8から約15重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 流動接触分解プロセスから得られたガソリン留分の硫黄分を低減する方法は、硫黄低減添加組成物と組み合わさる、従来のクラッキング触媒で炭化水素供給材料と接触することを含み、前記添加組成物は、(a)周期表のIIB族から選ばれた第1の金属成分と、(b)周期表のIII族かIV族から選ばれた第2の金属成分を、その表面に付着した支持材を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記支持材はモンモリロナイトクレイであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属成分はインシピエント・ウェットネス法を使用して、前記支持材の表面上に含浸することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の金属成分はインシピエント・ウェットネス法を使用して、前記支持材の表面上に含浸することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属成分は亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の金属成分はジルコニウムであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の金属成分はガリウムであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、約1から約10重量パーセントの亜鉛を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、約1から約5重量パーセントのジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、約1から約5重量パーセントのガリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物の密度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約5から約20重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤の密度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約8から約15の重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素クラッキング・プロセスでのクラッキング触媒を備えた使用のための硫黄低減添加組成物であって、前記添加組成物は、その表面に周期表のIII族からの金属成分が付着した支持材を含むことを特徴とする添加組成物。
- 前記支持材はモンモリロナイトクレイであることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記金属成分はインシピエント・ウェットネス法によって支持材の表面上に含浸することを特徴とする請求項25に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記金属成分はガリウムであることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の添加剤。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤は、前記添加剤の全重量に対して、約1から約5重量パーセントのガリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の添加剤。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤の密度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約5から約20重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の添加剤。
- 前記硫黄低減添加剤の濃度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約8から約15重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の添加剤。
- 流動接触分解プロセスから得られたガソリン留分の硫黄分を低減する方法であって、それは硫黄低減添加組成物と結合して従来のクラッキング触媒で炭化水素供給材料を接触することを含み、前記添加組成物は、その表面に周期表のIII族からの金属成分が付着した支持材を含むことを特徴とする方法。

- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物の濃度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約5から約20重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物の濃度は、前記クラッキング触媒の約8から約15重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項32に記載の方法。
