Abstract
【解決手段】プラスチックの単一部品を備えて比較的低コストに容易に製造することができ、使い捨てであり、単一使用について製造されるフレーム添付および指標を含むコンピュータ補助またはコンピュータナビゲーション手術において使用されるデバイスおよびプロセスが開示される。指標と、身体の部分、器具、移植片、試行、または他の構造もしくは構成要素などの手術中に使用される品目との間に、フォイルトインタフェースを挿入できる。指標がシステムに登録され、手術が開始された後、指標が身体の部分に対して位置および/または配向について不注意に移動または変位することがある場合がある。フォルトインタフェースは、最初に故障するように設計され、指標は、品目に対してシステムに指標を再登録することを必要とせずに、品目に対して再配置できる。

Claims (13)
- コンピュータ補助手術ナビゲーションシステムにおいて使用されるデバイスであって、
前記システムが、
手術に使用される品目に添付された複数の指標の位置を感知するように構成されたセンサと、
前記指標の位置に関する情報を前記センサから受信し、前記指標が添付される前記品目の位置及び場所に対応する情報を生成するように構成されたコンピュータ機能と、
前記センサによって感知された前記指標の前記位置に対応して前記品目の前記位置及び配向に関する情報を提供するように構成された出力機能と、を備え、
前記品目に添付されるように構成された基準フレームによって接続された複数の指標を備え、
前記基準フレーム及び前記指標が、材料の単一の使い捨て可能な材料部片であることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記基準フレーム及び指標を形成する材料の前記単一の使い捨て可能な材料部片が、射出成型プラスチックである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基準フレームが、非対称である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記指標が、反射材料でコーティングされる、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記品目が、人の身体の一部、骨ねじ、あるいは移植片の1つである、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記出力機能が、単数又は複数の音声信号又は視覚信号によって情報を提供するように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基準フレームと前記品目との間に挿入されたフォルトインタフェースを更に備え、
前記フォルトインタフェースは、前記基準フレームと前記品目との間の接続の破壊強度より小さい破壊強度を有することを特徴とし、これにより、前記フォルトインタフェースの前記破壊強度を超える力により、前記フォルトインタフェースが故障し、前記基準フレーム及び指標が、前記品目に対して変位し、
前記フォルトインタフェースは、前記インタフェースが故障した後、前記システムにおいて前記指標を再登録することを必要とせずに、前記基準フレーム及び指標が前記品目に再添付されることを可能にする構造を特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデバイス。 - 前記フォルトインタフェースが、摩擦嵌めを創出するように構成される、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記単一使い捨て可能な材料部片が、前記インタフェースが故障した後、前記品目に対して1つの位置及び配向にのみ再配置することができる、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 追加の接続補助が、前記指標を前記品目に添付するために使用される、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記追加の接続補助が、磁気引力、接着剤、あるいはフック及びパイルコネクタのうちの単数又は複数である、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 手術において使用される品目に添付されるように構成された基準フレームによって接続された複数の指標の位置を感知するように構成されたセンサであって、
前記指標及び基準フレームが、1回の使用毎に構成される射出成型プラスチックの単一部品である、センサと、
前記指標の位置に関する情報を前記センサから受信し、前記指標及び基準フレームが添付される前記品目の位置及び場所に対応する情報を生成するように構成されたコンピュータ機能と、
前記センサによって感知された指標の前記位置に対応して前記品目の前記位置及び配向に関する情報を提供するように構成された出力機能と、を備えるシステム。 - 手術において使用される品目に添付されるように構成された基準フレームによって接続される複数の指標を供し、
前記指標及び基準フレームが、1回の使用毎に構成される単一の射出成型プラスチック部片であることと、
手術に使用される前記品目に前記指標及び基準フレームを添付することと、
出力機能によって出力された、手術で使用される前記品目の前記位置を参照することによって、医療手続きを少なくとも部分的に実施することと、
前記医療手続きを履行することと、
前記複数の指標及び前記基準フレームを廃棄することと、を備える方法。
