Abstract
【解決手段】油脂含有排水を、油脂と排水とを分離せずに、アルカリ性条件下で酸生成反応を行い、次いでアルカリ性条件のままメタン生成反応を行うことを特徴とする油脂含有排水の処理方法。メタン生成反応を樹脂製流動床担体を充填した反応槽で行うことを特徴とする油脂含有排水の処理方法。

Description
酸生成槽を経た処理水は、pHを調整することなく嫌気処理槽に送ることが望ましい。
図1に示すように、容量18Lの酸生成槽1と、中継槽2と、直径15cm、高さ60cm、容量約10Lの嫌気処理槽3とを用い、下記水質の油脂含有排水を水量350L/dで処理した。
SS:900mg/L
BOD:2700mg/L
n−Hex:400mg/L
CODcr:4060mg/L
実施例1と同じ反応槽を用い、酸生成槽のpHを中性域(7.0)に設定して同様の試験を行った。

Claims (4)
- 油脂含有排水を、油脂と排水とを分離せずにアルカリ性条件下で酸生成反応を行い、次いでアルカリ性条件のままメタン生成反応を行うことを特徴とする油脂含有排水の処理方法。
- 請求項1において、メタン生成反応を樹脂製流動床担体を充填した嫌気処理槽で行うことを特徴とする油脂含有排水の処理方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、メタン生成反応後の処理水の一部を酸生成槽に返送することを特徴とする油脂含有排水の処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、メタン生成処理の後に好気処理を行うことを特徴とする油脂含有排水の処理方法。
