Abstract
【解決手段】義肢は健常な侭の肢のミラー画像か又は一般的肢デザインである外面を有する。該健常な侭の肢は走査され、その表面データは仮想ミラー画像を創るために操作される。もし一般的データが使われるなら、該健常な侭の脚は測定され、該一般的表面は、該義肢が該健常な侭の肢と同様に見えるよう調整されてもよい。切断肢の端部も、ソケットデータを得るために測定される。膝及び足は設計データにより表される仮想義肢を形成するために組み入れられる。仮想義肢用の該設計データは急速プロトタイプ製作機械に送られ、該機械は脚全体を同時に製作する。一旦完成すると、該義肢は患者へ出荷される。

Description
義手を作るために使用されても良く、この様であるので、義手も本発明の範囲内に入るよう意図されている。
ービームを使う急速プロトタイプ製作過程により作られる。同様な製作過程は、付加的製造法、急速製造法、成層製造法、3次元プリンティング、レーザーシンタリング、そして電子ビーム溶融法(EBM)として公知である。これらの製作過程は、材料を横切るよう偏向されて被露光材料を硬化させるエネルギービームを使う。もう1つの可能な製造過程は、溶融材料堆積法(FMD)である。

。対照的に、もし該スライド面が浸食されたならば、スライド嵌合の連結を修理するのは遙かに難しい。
は真っ直ぐな脚を表す。或る実施例では、上脚及び下脚は約270−350度の角度で曲げられてもよく、リンク結合のロッドと孔は上記で説明した仕方で必要なギャップを有して作られる。製作後、膝は約180から260度の普通の機能範囲まで回転できる。普通の動作位置では、膝リンク結合のロッドと孔は狭い許容差嵌合を有し、スムーズに回転する膝義足に帰着する。或る機構が脚を、膝リンク結合のロッドと孔が大きなギャップを有する260度曲げを越えて回転することを防止する。この狭い嵌合の実施例が必要となるのは、他のタイプのベアリング又はブッシングが部品を狭い回転構成に保つよう使われない時である。
Claims (14)
- 義肢であって、該義肢が、
ソケットに連結された上脚;
前部材および後ろ部材を有する下脚であって、前記前部材が実質的に堅く、前記後ろ部材は前記前部材の前方へ伸長せず、前記義肢のユーザーを支持するための圧縮負荷が前記後ろ部材に部分的に分配され;
前記上脚の下端、並びに前記前部材および前記上脚に関して下脚の回転を可能とする前記後ろ部材の上端に連結された膝;および
前記前部材の下部分に係合するスライド面を有する足首部および前記後ろ部材の下端に連結された踵部を有する足、
を含み、
前記上脚、下脚、および膝がそれぞれ、前記上脚および下脚の長さに実質的に平行であり前記膝の回転の軸に垂直な連続的な平面層を有する、
ことを特徴とする義肢。 - 前記膝が、複数の回転可能な連結を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- 前記義肢が、それぞれベアリングを部分的に囲むくぼみを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- 前記上脚または前記下脚の外面が、一般的脚の表面データを参照して設計されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- 前記一般的脚の表面データが、ユーザーの健常な脚の寸法に適合するように修正されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の義肢。
- 前記足が、前部および主要部を含み、これらが弾性部材により連結され、前記前部が前記主要部に関して回転可能となることを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- 前記下脚が前記足に関して回転し、該足のスライド面が前記前部材の下部分に対してスライドし、前記踵部と前記膝との間の距離が変化し前記後ろ部材が弾性的に変形することを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- 前記下脚が前記足の前部に向かって前進し、前記踵部と前記膝との間の距離が増加して前記後ろ部材を伸ばし、前記後ろ部材の弓部が平らになることを特徴とする請求項7記載の義肢。
- 前記下脚が前記足の踵部の方向に回転して戻り、前記踵部と前記膝との間の距離が減少して前記後ろ部材を圧縮し、前記後ろ部材の弓部が増加することを特徴とする請求項7記載の義肢。
- 前記下脚が前記足の中心軸に関して側方に回転し、前記足の踵部が前記後ろ部材を側方に変形させることを特徴とする請求項7記載の義肢。
- 前記後ろ部材のばね機構が所定のばね率を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- 前記足が前記下脚に関して回転可能となるように、前記前部材の下端が、前記足に連結された凹型の球面に対してスライドする凸型の球面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- 前記足が前記下脚に関して回転可能となるように、前記前部材の下端が、前記足に連結された凸型の球面に対してスライドする凹型の球面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
- ビームであって、該ビームの第1端に連結された凸型の球面を有し、該ビームの第2端が前記足の踵部に連結され、前記凸型の球面に加えられる下方への力により前記ビームが曲がる、ことを特徴とするビームをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の義肢。
