Abstract
【解決手段】発明のある例示的実施形態では、組成物には酸化バナジウム、酸化バリウム、酸化亜鉛、及び少なくとも1つの添加物が含まれる。具体的には、フリット材料には、重量%でV2O5が50〜70、BaOが27〜33,ZnOが9〜12、及びTa2O5、Ti2O3、SrCl2、GeO2、CuO、AgO、Nb2O5、MgO、B2O3、SiO2、Tl2O3、Y2O3、SnF2、SnO2、CuCl、SnCl2、CeO2、AgCl、In2O3、SnO、SrO、及び Al2O3から選択される1つの添加物が含まれる。例えば、異なる金属酸化物又は異なる金属塩化物であるもう1つ別の添加物を提供することもできる。発明のある例示的実施形態では、真空断熱ガラスユニットには、上記組成物を含むシールで封止された第1ガラス基板と第2ガラス基板が含まれる。

Claims (35)
- 酸化バナジウム:約50〜60重量%、
酸化バリウム:約27〜33重量%、
酸化亜鉛:約9〜12重量%、及び、
Ta2O5、Ti2O3、SrCl2、GeO2、CuO、AgO、Nb2O5、MgO、SiO2、Tl2O3、Y2O3、SnF2、SnO2、CuCl、SnCl2、CeO2、AgCl、In2O3、SnO、SrO、及び Al2O3からなるグループから選択される第1添加物を含む組成物
を含むフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、Nb2O5を含み、約1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項1に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、SrCl2を含み、約1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項1または2に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、Ti2O3を含み、約1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、Ta2O5を含み、約4.5〜10重量%を構成する、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、AgOを含み、約1.5〜3.5重量%を構成する、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、約1〜2.5重量%のCuOを含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、約1.5〜4.5重量%のAl2O3を含む、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 第2添加物が、さらに約1〜8重量%のTeO2を含む、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、SnCl2を含み、約1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記フリット材料が、約1〜8重量%のAl2O3を含む第2添加物をさらに含む、

請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記フリット材料が、約400℃未満又は約400℃と等しい溶融温度を持つ、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 間をおいた実質的に平行な第1及び第2ガラス基板と、
その間に気密シールを形成し、少なくとも部分的には前記第1基板と第2基板間に間隙を定める、前記第1基板と第2基板の周辺部に最も近接した端部シールとを含み、
前記間隙を大気圧未満の気圧とし、
前記端部シールが少なくとも当初は請求項1〜13のいずれか一項による組成物を含むフリット材料から形成されている
真空断熱ガラス(VIG)ユニット。 - 酸化バナジウム:約50〜60重量%、
酸化バリウム:約27〜33重量%、
酸化亜鉛:約9〜12重量%、及び
Ta2O5、Ti2O3、SrCl2、GeO2、CuO、AgO、Nb2O5、B2O3、MgO、SiO2、Tl2O3、Y2O3、SnF2、SnO2、CuCl、SnCl2、CeO2、AgCl、In2O3、SnO、SrO、及び Al2O3からなるグループから選択される、少なくとも1つの添加物
を含む組成物を提供することと、
組成物を溶融することと、
中間ガラス物品を形成するために、溶融組成物を冷却すること、及び/又は溶融組成物を冷却するに任せすることと、
前記フリット材料を作るために、前記中間ガラス組成物を粉砕することと
を含むフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、Nb2O5を含み、約2〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項15に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、SrCl2を含み、約2〜6重量%を構成する、
請求項15または16に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、Ti2O3を含み、約4.5〜10重量%を構成する、
請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、Ta2O5を含み、約4.5〜10重量%を構成する、
請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、AgOを含み、約1.5〜3.5重量%を構成する、
請求項15〜19のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、約1〜2.5重量%のCuOを含む、
請求項15〜20のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、SnCl2を含み、約1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項15〜21のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、さらにAl2O3を含み、約1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項22に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、さらに約.5〜5重量%のSiO2を含む、

請求項15〜27のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記基礎組成物を少なくとも約1000℃で溶融する、
請求項15〜28のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 互いに間隔をおいた実質的に平行な第1及び第2ガラス基板を提供することと、
前記第1基板と第2基板間に間隙を定め、フリット材料を使って前記第1基板と第2基板とを共に封止をすることと
を含み、
前記封止を、約375℃を超えない温度で前記フリット材料を溶融して実行し、
前記フリット材料は、
酸化バナジウム:約50〜60重量%、
酸化バリウム:約27〜33重量%、
酸化亜鉛:約9〜12重量%、及び、
少なくとも1つの酸化物系、塩化物系、又はフッ化物系の添加物を含む基礎組成物から形成されている
真空断熱ガラス(VIG)ユニットの製造方法。 - 酸化バナジウム:約50〜60重量%、
酸化バリウム:約27〜33重量%、
酸化亜鉛:約9〜12重量%、及び、
SiO2、SnCl2、Al2O3及びTeO2からなるグループから選択された、少なくとも1つの第1及び第2添加物を含む組成物
を含むフリット材料。 - SiO2、SnCl2、Al2O3及びTeO2からなるグループから選択された、前記第1及び第2添加物とは異なる第3添加物をさらに含む、
請求項31に記載のフリット材料。 - SiO2、SnCl2、Al2O3及びTeO2からなるグループから選択された、前記第1、第2、及び第3添加物とは異なる第4添加物をさらに含む、
請求項32に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1及び第2添加物が、重量%で前記フリット材料の約0.5%から5%の間を構成する、
請求項31〜33のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記フリット材料が、約400℃未満又は約400℃と等しい溶融温度を持つ、
