を含有する。
0.3〜0.6質量%、好ましくは、0.3超〜0.6質量%のSnO2、
0.025〜0.045質量%のV2O5、
0.01〜0.04質量%のCr2O3、
0.05〜0.15質量%のFe2O3、および
0.1質量%未満、好ましくは、0.05質量%未満のAs2O3+Sb2O3
を含有する。

Claims (10)
- 主結晶相としてベータ石英固溶体を含有するリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩タイプのガラスセラミックであって、4mmの厚さで、
0.8%と2%の間の、可視範囲における積分光透過率Tv、
3.5%超の、625nmでの光透過率、
50%と70%の間の、950nmでの光透過率、および
65%と75%の間の、1,600nmでの光透過率、
を有し、
その組成が、酸化物の質量百分率で表して、
0.3〜0.6質量%のSnO2、
0.025〜0.060質量%のV2O5、
0.01〜0.04質量%のCr2O3、
0.05〜0.15質量%のFe2O3、および
0.05質量%未満のAs2O3+Sb2O3
を含有するガラスセラミック。 - その組成が、0.36%<SnO2<0.5%を含有する、請求項1記載のガラスセラミック。
- その組成が、0.07≦Fe2O3≦0.12を含有する、請求項1または記載のガラスセラミック。
- その組成が、200ppm未満のCoOを含有する、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- その組成が、避けられない微量を除いて、FおよびBrを含まない、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- その組成が、酸化物として、60〜72%のSiO2、18〜23%のAl2O3、2.5〜4.5%のLi2O、0〜3%のMgO、1〜3%のZnO、1.5〜4%のTiO2、0〜2.5%のZrO2、0〜5%のBaO、0〜5%のSrO、ここで、BaO+SrOは0〜5%、0〜2%のCaO、0〜1.5%のNa2O、0〜1.5%のK2O、0〜5%のP2O5、および0〜2%のB2O3を含有する、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- その組成が、少なくとも98質量%のSnO2、V2O5、Cr2O3、Fe2O3および前記酸化物からなり、As2O3+Sb2O3<500ppmである、請求項1記載のガラスセラミック。
- 請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミックを含む物品。
- リチウムアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス前駆体であって、該ガラスの組成が請求項1記載のガラスセラミックに対応するガラス前駆体。
- 請求項8記載の物品を製造する方法であって、
清澄剤としてSnO2を含有する原材料のガラス化可能な装填物を溶融し、その後、得られた溶融ガラスを清澄する工程、
得られた清澄済み溶融ガラスを冷却すると同時に、目的の物品に望ましい形状に成形する工程、および
成形されたガラスをセラミック化する工程、
を連続的に含み、
前記装填物が、請求項1記載のガラスセラミックが得られる組成を有する、方法。
