の基材がなくてもヒドロゲル自体を基材として使用することができる。
Acrylates/Methyl Styrene/Styrene Copolymer)、スチレン/VP共重合体(Styrene/VP Copolymer)及び

ングしたヒドロゲル組成物層を室温で冷却してヒドロゲルを製造する段階(S140)と、上記冷却したヒドロゲルを熱処理する段階(S150)とを含む方法で製造される。また、該方法はS150段階の後に、上記熱処理したヒドロゲルを所望の形状に成形する段階(S160)と、上記成形したヒドロゲルを美容剤または薬剤に浸漬させる段階(S170)とをさらに含む。その上、上記S110段階に機能添加剤をさらに添加してもよい。
アクリル系架橋重合体としてナトリウムアクリレート/C10−30アルキルアクリレートクロスポリマー2質量%、及びスチレン系共重合体としてスチレン/VP共重合体3質量を精製水72質量%に添加した後、60℃で撹拌した。別途に多価アルコールとしてグリセリン20質量%に、ゲル化高分子としてカラギーナン2質量%、キサンタンガム0.5質量%、ローカストビーンガム0.5質量%を混合してから、これを上記水溶液中に添加し、70℃で2時間撹拌してヒドロゲル組成物を製造した。
アクリル系架橋重合体としてカリウムアクリレート/C10−30アルキルアクリレートクロスポリマー3質量%、及びスチレン系共重合体としてスチレン/アクリレート共重合体4質量%、精製水70.2質量%、グリセリン20質量%、ゲル化高分子としてカラギーナン1.8質量%、グルコマンナン1.0質量%を使用したことを除き、上記実施例1と同様に実施してヒドロゲルを製造した。
架橋剤としてスチレン系共重合体であるブチレン/エチレン/スチレン共重合体6質量%、多価アルコール17質量%、精製水74.7質量%、ゲル化高分子としてカラギーナン1.0質量%、キサンタンガム0.8質量%、及びグルコマンナン0.5質量%を使用したことを除き、上記実施例1と同様に実施してヒドロゲルを製造した。
架橋剤としてアクリル系架橋重合体であるナトリウムアクリレート/C10−30アルキルアクリレートクロスポリマー5質量%、精製水71.4質量%、グリセリン20質量%、ゲル化高分子としてカラギーナン2.3質量%、アルギン0.5質量%及びローカストビンゴム0.8質量%を使用したことを除き、上記実施例1と同様に実施してヒドロゲルを製造した。
アクリル系架橋重合体とスチレン系架橋重合体を用いずに、多価アルコールとしてグリセリン20質量%、ゲル化高分子としてカラギーナン2質量%、キサンタンガム0.5質量%及びローカストビーンガム0.5質量%を精製水77質量%に分散させたことを除き、上記実施例1と同様に実施してヒドロゲルを製造した。
上記実施例及び比較例により製造されたヒドロゲルに、液状の美容剤を含浸させて物性を測定し、その結果を表1に示した。

○:全面積のうち10%未満でゲルが分解(流動化)した
□:全面積のうち30%未満でゲルが分解(流動化)した
△:全面積のうち50%未満でゲルが分解(流動化)した
X:全面積のうち70%未満でゲルが分解(流動化)した
Claims (10)
- 架橋剤0.1乃至10質量%、ゲル化高分子0.2乃至6質量%、多価アルコール0.5乃至20質量%及び精製水70乃至90質量%を含むことを特徴とする、マスク基材用ヒドロゲル組成物。
- 前記架橋剤は、アクリル系架橋重合体、スチレン系共重合体またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲル組成物。
- 前記アクリル系架橋重合体とスチレン系共重合体との混合物は、2:8乃至8:2の質量比で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲル組成物。
- 前記アクリル系架橋重合体は、ナトリウムアクリレート/C10−30アルキルアクリレートクロスポリマーまたはカリウムアクリレート/C10−30アルキルアクリレートクロスポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲル組成物。
- 前記スチレン系共重合体は、アクリレート/エチルヘキシルアクリレート/ヘマ/スチレン共重合体、ブチレン/エチレン/スチレン共重合体、アンモニウムアクリレート/メチルスチレン/スチレン共重合体、スチレン/VP共重合体及びスチレン/アクリレート共重合体からなる群より選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲル組成物。
- 前記ゲル化高分子は、ガラクトマンナン、グルコマンナン、グアーガム、ローカストビーンガム、プルロニック、寒天、アルギン、カラギーナン、キサンタンガム及びジェランからなる群より選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲル組成物。
- 前記多価アルコールは、1,2−エタンジオール、1,2−プロパンジオール、1,3−プロパンジオール、3−クロロ−1,2−プロパンジオール、2−クロロ−1,3−プロパンジオール、及びグリセリンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲル組成物。
- 室温で精製水に架橋剤を添加した後、40乃至85℃の温度で撹拌して水溶液を製造する段階と、
室温で多価アルコールにゲル化高分子を溶解させた後、前記水溶液に添加して40乃至80℃で撹拌することで、ヒドロゲル組成物を製造する段階と、
前記ヒドロゲル組成物を0.5乃至2mmの厚さに圧縮コーティングする段階と、
前記圧縮コーティングしたヒドロゲル組成物層を室温で冷却して、ヒドロゲルを製造する段階と、
前記冷却したヒドロゲルを40乃至85℃の温度で、12時間乃至36時間熱処理する段階とを含むことを特徴とする、マスク基材用ヒドロゲルの製造方法。 - 前記熱処理したヒドロゲルを所望の形状に成形する段階と、前記成形したヒドロゲルを美容剤または薬剤に浸漬させる段階とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲルの製造方法。
- 前記冷却したヒドロゲルの強度は、1.5乃至7.0kg/cm2であることを特徴と
する、請求項8に記載のマスク基材用ヒドロゲルの製造方法。
