Description
本発明は、メルトフローレートが０．１〜５ｇ／１０分であり、且つ密度が９３０ｋｇ／ｍ３以下であるポリエチレンと、メルトフローレートが０．１〜１０ｇ／１０分であり、且つ融点が１４０℃以上であるポリプロピレンとを含有するオレフィン樹脂組成物からなり、ポリエチレンとポリプロピレンとの質量比が２５：７５〜７０：３０である冷凍麺製造用トレー用シートを提供する。かかる冷凍麺製造用トレー用シートによれば、耐寒衝撃性、真空成形時のドローダウンの抑制性及びひねりに対する耐性をバランス良く有する。
ポリエチレンの密度は９３０ｋｇ／ｍ３以下である。この密度は、トレーの耐寒衝撃性を向上させる観点から、９２８ｋｇ／ｍ３以下であると好ましく、９２６ｋｇ／ｍ３以下であるとより好ましく、９２４ｋｇ／ｍ３以下であるとさらに好ましい。また、この密度の下限は特に限定されないが、例えば、９００ｋｇ／ｍ３以上とすることができる。
なお、ポリエチレンの密度はＪＩＳ Ｋ７１００に準拠し調整を行った試料について、ＪＩＳ Ｋ７１１２−１９８０のうち、Ａ法に規定された方法に従って測定される値である。

Claims (5)
- メルトフローレートが０．１〜５ｇ／１０分であり、且つ密度が９３０ｋｇ／ｍ３以下であるポリエチレンと、メルトフローレートが０．１〜１０ｇ／１０分であり、且つ融点が１４０℃以上であるポリプロピレンとを含有するオレフィン樹脂組成物からなり、
前記ポリエチレンと前記ポリプロピレンとの質量比が２５：７５〜７０：３０である冷凍麺製造用トレー用シート。 - ヘイズ値が１０％以上である、請求項１に記載の冷凍麺製造用トレー用シート。
- 前記ポリエチレンのスウェル比が１．２以上である、請求項１又は２に記載の冷凍麺製造用トレー用シート。
- 厚みが２５０〜１５００μｍである、請求項１〜３のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍麺製造用トレー用シート。
- 請求項１〜４のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍麺製造用トレー用シート、又は当該冷凍麺製造用トレー用シートを少なくとも一層備え、且つ当該層の厚みが全体の５０〜１００％を占めるシート積層体から形成される冷凍麺製造用トレー。
