Claims (12)
- ハイブリッド車のハイブリッドモジュール(1)用の冷却デバイス(2)であって、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)が、前記ハイブリッド車の内燃機関と電気駆動ユニットを分離するための分離クラッチを作動させるための、内燃機関と電気駆動ユニットとの間に配置されたアクチュエータと、制御電子機器(7)とを有し、前記アクチュエータと前記制御電子機器(7)とが、熱保護フード(9)の内部に配置され、少なくとも前記制御電子機器(7)が、前記熱保護フード(9)に接続され、前記熱保護フード(9)が、熱伝導性材料から形成され、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)のハウジング部分(5)に接続され、前記ハウジング部分(5)がヒートシンクを成す冷却デバイス(2)。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記熱保護フード(9)に接続される請求項1に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング部分(5)が、前記アクチュエータのハウジング部分である請求項1または2に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング部分(5)と前記熱保護フード(9)とが、前記アクチュエータおよび前記制御電子機器(7)のための閉じた空間(10)を形成する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記熱保護フード(9)が、アルミニウムまたは銅から構成される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記熱保護フード(9)が、ヒートパイプによって形成される、またはヒートパイプを有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記熱保護フード(9)が、前記熱保護フード(9)の外側を取り囲む手段から前記熱保護フード(9)内への伝熱を小さくする外面を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記熱保護フード(9)が、リブを有さないように設計された外面を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記熱保護フード(9)が、任意の凹凸を有さない外面を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記熱保護フード(9)が、断熱材料から形成される層(15)を有し、前記層(15)が、前記外面を形成する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記熱保護フード(9)が円周状のフランジ(13)を有し、前記フランジ(13)の領域内で、前記熱保護フード(9)が前記ハウジング部分(5)に当接する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の冷却デバイス。
- 前記フランジ(13)の領域内で、前記熱保護フード(9)が、ねじ(14)によって前記ハウジング部分(5)に接続される請求項11に記載の冷却デバイス。
