Abstract
Description
前記アクチュエータは、前記駆動軸と一体回転可能に配置され、
前記アクチュエータは、前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸に遊嵌される区画体と、前記斜板と連結され、前記回転軸心方向に移動して前記区画体に対して移動可能な移動体と、前記区画体と前記移動体とにより区画され、内部の圧力によって前記移動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記制御機構は、前記移動体を移動可能に前記制御圧室内の圧力を変更し、
前記移動体は、前記制御圧室内の圧力が高くなることにより、前記斜板を牽引して前記傾斜角度を増大するように配置されていることを特徴とする。
図1及び図3に示すように、実施例1の圧縮機は、ハウジング1と、駆動軸3と、斜板5と、リンク機構7と、複数のピストン9と、前後で対をなすシュー11a、11bと、アクチュエータ13と、図2に示す制御機構15とを備えている。
実施例2の圧縮機は、実施例1の圧縮機における制御機構15に換えて、図4に示す制御機構16を備えている。この制御機構16は、制御通路としての抽気通路16a及び給気通路16bと、制御弁16cと、オリフィス16dとを有している。
図5及び図6に示すように、実施例3の圧縮機は、実施例1の圧縮機におけるハウジング1及びピストン9に換えて、ハウジング10及びピストン90を備えている。
実施例4の圧縮機は、実施例3の圧縮機に対して、図4に示す制御機構16を採用している。この圧縮機における作用は、実施例2、3の圧縮機と同様である。

Claims (6)
- 吸入室、吐出室、斜板室及びシリンダボアが形成されたハウジングと、前記ハウジングに回転可能に支持された駆動軸と、前記駆動軸の回転によって前記斜板室内で回転可能な斜板と、前記駆動軸と前記斜板との間に設けられ、前記駆動軸の回転軸心に直交する方向に対する前記斜板の傾斜角度の変更を許容するリンク機構と、前記シリンダボアに往復動可能に収納されたピストンと、前記斜板の回転により、前記傾斜角度に応じたストロークで前記ピストンを前記シリンダボア内で往復動させる変換機構と、前記傾斜角度を変更可能なアクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータを制御する制御機構とを備え、
前記アクチュエータは、前記駆動軸と一体回転可能に配置され、
前記アクチュエータは、前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸に遊嵌される区画体と、前記斜板と連結され、前記回転軸心方向に移動して前記区画体に対して移動可能な移動体と、前記区画体と前記移動体とにより区画され、内部の圧力によって前記移動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記制御機構は、前記移動体を移動可能に前記制御圧室内の圧力を変更し、
前記移動体は、前記制御圧室内の圧力が高くなることにより、前記斜板を牽引して前記傾斜角度を増大するように配置されていることを特徴とする容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記リンク機構はラグアームを有し、
前記ラグアームは、一端が前記回転軸心と直交する第1揺動軸心周りで前記斜板に揺動可能に支持され、他端が前記第1揺動軸心と平行な第2揺動軸心周りで前記駆動軸に揺動可能に支持され、
前記斜板は、前記第1揺動軸心及び前記第2揺動軸心と平行な作用軸心周りで前記移動体に揺動可能に支持されている請求項1記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記ラグアームは、前記第1揺動軸心を基準として前記第2揺動軸心とは反対側に延在するウェイト部を有し、
前記ウェイト部は、前記回転軸心周りで回転することにより、前記斜板に前記傾斜角度を減少させる方向の力を付与する請求項2記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記斜板は、前記ラグアームの前記一端を前記第1揺動軸心周りで揺動可能に支持するとともに、前記作用軸心周りで揺動可能な第1部材を有し、
前記第1部材は前記駆動軸を挿通する挿通孔を有する環状をなしている請求項3記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記駆動軸には、前記ラグアームの前記他端を前記第2揺動軸心周りで揺動可能に支持する第2部材が固定されている請求項4記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
- 前記第1揺動軸心と前記第2揺動軸心とは前記駆動軸を挟んで位置している請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
