Abstract
【解決手段】このヘッドアップディスプレイ装置100(プロジェクタ)は、光源ユニット1と、光源ユニット1からの光を走査する光走査部2と、を備える。そして、光源ユニット1は、レーザダイオード10を保持するための光源保持部20と、レーザダイオード10からの光が入射されるコリメートレンズ30を保持するための光学系保持部40と、を含む。光源ユニット1では、光源保持部20と、光学系保持部40とが互いにレーザ溶着されている。

Description
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態によるヘッドアップディスプレイ装置100の構成について説明する。なお、ヘッドアップディスプレイ装置100は、本発明の「プロジェクタ」の一例である。
次に、図1〜図3および図10を参照して、第2実施形態について説明する。この第2実施形態では、光学系保持部とハウジングとがネジ部材により固定された上記第1実施形態とは異なり、光学系保持部とハウジングとがレーザ溶着により固定される例について説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態と同一の構成については、同じ符号を付してその説明を省略する。
次に、図1、図2および図11を参照して、第3実施形態について説明する。この第3実施形態では、上記第1および第2実施形態とは異なり、光学系保持部とハウジングとが付勢部材により固定される例について説明する。なお、上記第1および第2実施形態と同一の構成については、同じ符号を付してその説明を省略する。

- 光源ユニットと、
前記光源ユニットからの光を走査する光走査部と、を備え、
前記光源ユニットは、
光源を保持するための光源保持部と、
前記光源からの光が入射される光学系を保持するための光学系保持部と、を含み、
前記光源保持部と、前記光学系保持部とが互いにレーザ溶着されている、プロジェクタ。 - 前記光源保持部と前記光学系保持部とは、前記光源を挟む複数の位置で、レーザ溶着されている、請求項1に記載のプロジェクタ。
- 前記光源保持部または前記光学系保持部のいずれか一方は、光透過性樹脂製であり、
前記光源保持部または前記光学系保持部のいずれか他方は、光吸収性樹脂製である、請求項1または2に記載のプロジェクタ。 - 前記光源保持部は、光透過性樹脂製であり、
前記光学系保持部は、光吸収性樹脂製である、請求項3に記載のプロジェクタ。 - 光透過性樹脂製の前記光源保持部は、レーザ溶着される領域に対応する位置に、前記光学系保持部とは反対側に突出する凸部を有する、請求項4に記載のプロジェクタ。
- 前記光源ユニットは、前記光源保持部と前記光学系保持部とがレーザ溶着された状態で、前記光学系保持部を保持するためのハウジングをさらに含み、
前記光学系保持部と前記ハウジングとが締結部材により締結されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプロジェクタ。 - 前記光源ユニットは、前記光源保持部と前記光学系保持部とがレーザ溶着された状態で、前記光学系保持部を保持するためのハウジングをさらに含み、
