Description

The present invention relates to a wall panel having a metal sandwich structure in a steel-based building or the like such as a logistics facility and an outer wall structure using the same.

Some of the outer walls of buildings such as logistics facilities and convenience stores are constructed by arranging a plurality of outer wall panels of a metal sandwich structure in which non-flammable heat insulating materials such as rock wool are sandwiched between steel plates on the indoor side and the outdoor side, vertically and horizontally. In the outer wall panel having this configuration, the inner and outer metal plates are not connected to each other for preventing thermal bridges, and the left and right end surfaces are made of a refractory material such as a gypsum board.

In addition, in order to construct the outer wall as described above, conventionally, a base body edge is attached to a building frame made of slabs, columns, beams, etc., and the plurality of outer wall panels are attached to the body edge. It is attached. In order to sew the panel to the previously attached trunk edge, a scaffold that can be directly operated from outside is installed on the panel mounting surface of the building frame.

FIG. 14 shows the accommodation of the panel end of the conventional method. A bent piece 48a is provided at the end of the steel plate 48 constituting the surface of the outer wall panel 42 (FIG. 2A), and the bent piece 48a is overlapped with the bent pieces 48a of the adjacent outer wall panels 42, 42 (same as in FIG. (B), they are fastened with screws 51 such as tapping screws to a square trunk edge 43 installed on the joint core of the outer wall panel 42. The joint portion of the outer wall panel 42 that has been screwed is waterproofed by filling the sealing material 56 from above (FIG. 3C). The outer wall panels 42 and 42 are also sewn to the square body edge 43 with screws 50 such as tapping screws.

Japanese Patent No. 3550304

Since the outer wall panel 42 of the conventional metal sandwich structure is composed of a refractory material 44 such as gypsum board on the left and right sides, a dry gasket is used between the end surfaces of the adjacent outer wall panels 42 in terms of accuracy and material. There is a problem that it is difficult to ensure the watertight performance of the constructed vertical joint. When wet sealing is applied, a drying curing period is required. If the end surfaces of the outer wall panel 42 are covered with steel plates and the steel plates 48 and 49 on both sides are made continuous, it is easy to adopt a dry gasket, the installation of a secondary member for watertight purposes, improvement of joint accuracy, Although improvement in water tightness due to the flatness of the pressing surface can be expected, there is a problem that heat insulation as an outer wall is lowered by the thermal bridge.
In addition, at present, the installation work of the outer wall panel has to be performed from the outdoor side of the building frame as follows, and it takes time and labor for the construction.

That is, conventionally, as described above, the body edge 43 as a base is attached to the building frame in advance, and the outer wall panel 42 is attached to the body edge 43. The operation of attaching the outer wall panel 42 to the trunk edge 43 cannot be performed from the indoor side, and an external scaffold (not shown) is constructed for the attachment of the outer wall panel 42. The vertical joint between the outer wall panels 42 and 42 is also processed using an external scaffold. For this reason, there has been a problem that construction that affects the scaffolding, for example, exterior construction, etc. stays. In addition, since the outer wall panels 42 are lifted one by one and attached to the body edge 43 of the building frame, there is a problem that it takes time and this also increases the construction period.

An object of the present invention is to provide an outer wall panel that is excellent in watertightness of vertical joints formed between adjacent outer wall panels, is free from the problem of a thermal bridge between the outdoor surface and the outdoor surface, and has excellent heat insulation properties. That is.
Another object of the present invention is that the installation work of the outer wall panel to the building frame can be performed from the inside of the building, it can be constructed without scaffolding, the construction period and cost can be reduced, and the construction accuracy of the vertical joint can be improved. It is to provide an outer wall structure that is excellent in water tightness.

The outer wall panel of the present invention is an outer wall panel having a sandwich structure in which a heat insulating material is interposed between metal plates on the outdoor side and the indoor side.
Provided on both side edges of the outdoor metal plate are bent plate portions that are bent indoors to form the end face of the outer wall panel, and the tip of the bent plate portion is not in contact with the indoor metal plate. The bent plate portion is a secondary member on the indoor side in a secondary member for ensuring watertightness of a multi-layer in a joint formed between another bent outer wall panel and the bent plate portion. It extends to the member.

According to this configuration, by placing the bent plate portion of the metal plate on the outdoor side close to the metal plate on the indoor side, most of the inner surface of the vertical joint formed between the adjacent outer wall panels is made of the metal plate. It is also possible to have a bent plate part that is a part, and when performing watertight treatment of vertical joints with dry gaskets etc., high adhesion is obtained by the surface property of the metal plate and excellent watertightness Sex is obtained. It is easy to attach secondary members such as gaskets. Furthermore, it becomes possible to perform the construction of the secondary member from the indoor side after the outer wall panel is attached. As described above, most of the vertical joint is made of a metal plate, but the bent plate portion of the outdoor side metal plate constituting the vertical joint is not in contact with the indoor side metal plate. Therefore, a thermal bridge does not occur and the outer wall panel is excellent in heat insulation.

In the outer wall panel according to the present invention, a gasket for watertight treatment of a vertical joint formed between the bent metal plate portion of the metal plate on the outdoor side and another outer wall panel arranged adjacent to the left and right may be attached. .
When mounting the gasket in this way, if the inner surface of the vertical joint is a metal plate, it is easy to mount and has a higher closeness to the gasket than in the case of using a material such as gypsum board, and has excellent water tightness. can get.
Further, the indoor secondary member can be inserted with a dry gasket later after the outer wall panel is attached, or all or a part thereof can be an irregular sealing material.

In the joint structure between the outer wall panels of the present invention, the outer wall panels of the present invention are arranged side by side, and the secondary member indoors and outdoors is post-installed after the outer wall panel is attached.

The outer wall structure of the present invention is an outer wall structure using the outer wall panel having the above-described configuration according to the present invention, wherein a plurality of the outer wall panels are arranged in the vertical direction, and the plurality of outer wall panels are arranged at a plurality of positions in the lateral width direction of the back surface. The outer wall panel unit is attached to a plurality of trunk edges extending in the vertical direction, and the outer wall panel unit is attached to the building frame with the trunk edges.

According to this configuration, a plurality of outer wall panels are integrated with the body edge to form an outer wall panel unit, and the work of attaching the body wall of the outer wall panel unit to the building frame is different from the work of sewing the outer wall panel to the body edge. It can be done from the slab or beam on the building frame. For this reason, when the outer wall panel is attached to the building frame, a scaffold on the outer periphery of the building frame, which has been necessary in the past, becomes unnecessary.
Further, most of the panel-side end surface forming the vertical joint is made of a metal plate, and water-tight treatment using a dry gasket or the like can be employed.By attaching the water-tight secondary member to the outer wall panel in advance, By installing the outer wall panel, vertical joints can be stored, and watertight construction from the outside can be eliminated.
For secondary members for watertight purposes on the indoor side, insert a dry gasket after mounting the outer wall panel, or use all or part of it as an indefinite sealant for indoor scaffolding, aerial work platforms, etc. You can also.
In this way, it is possible to construct an outdoor scaffolding in terms of both the work of attaching the outer wall panel to the building frame and securing the watertightness of the vertical joint. Therefore, the construction period and cost can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to shorten the overall construction period by enabling the early start of the construction that has affected the removal timing of the external scaffold, for example, external construction. In addition, since internal work can be expected to improve the work environment and work performance, personnel costs can be reduced.
In addition, it is possible to install the outer wall panel on the building wall by making it larger by integrating the outer wall panel and the base trunk edge by grounding, etc., so the conventional outer wall panel mounting that attaches each individual outer wall panel to the building frame one by one Construction can be carried out more efficiently than the structure, and in this respect, labor saving and shortening of the construction period are possible.
In addition, the method of attaching to a building frame with a scaffold, such as hanging an outer wall panel continuously, is also possible.

In the outer wall structure of the present invention, all of the trunk edges may be located away from the side edges of the outer wall panel.
If the trunk edge is located at a position deviated from the side edge of the outer wall panel, the trunk edge does not interfere with the joint treatment member when the joint treatment in the vertical joint is performed from the indoor side. Therefore, the scaffolding method is easier to perform.

In the outer wall structure of the present invention, in the vertical joint formed between the side edges of the outer wall panels of the outer wall panel units adjacent to the left and right, two water-tightnesses are ensured on the indoor side and the outdoor side that are separated from each other. A secondary member is provided, and the space between the inner and outer secondary members is made an isobaric space that is equal in pressure to the outside air, and the bent plate portion of the metal plate on the outdoor side of the outer wall panel is at least on the indoor side. A drainage mechanism may be provided by extending to the next member.

As described above, when the bent plate portion of the metal plate extends at least to the secondary member on the indoor side, the watertight performance excellent in the vertical joint can be obtained due to the close contact between the metal plate and the secondary member. In addition, by providing secondary members for water tightness on the indoor side and the outdoor side, for example, the secondary member on the indoor side is a wind barrier that prevents inflow of wind, and the secondary member on the outdoor side prevents intrusion of rainwater. It functions as a rain barrier that provides excellent airtightness and watertightness against wind and rain. If the space between the inner and outer secondary members is an isobaric space, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the indoors due to a difference in atmospheric pressure, and the watertight performance is further improved. Thus, when providing the watertight secondary member inside and outside, most of the end face of the outer wall panel is formed of the bent plate portion of the metal plate, so that the secondary member can be easily constructed.

The outer wall panel according to the present invention is an outer wall panel having a sandwich structure in which a heat insulating material is interposed between the metal plates on the outdoor side and the indoor side, and is bent to the indoor side at both side edges of the metal plate on the outdoor side. A bent plate portion that constitutes the end surface of the metal plate, and the tip of the bent plate portion is made non-contact with the metal plate on the indoor side, and the bent plate portion and the other outer wall panel arranged next to each other Watertightness of the vertical joint that occurs between the adjacent outer wall panels because it extends to the secondary member on the indoor side of the secondary member for securing the watertightness of the double layer in the joint that occurs between the bent plate portions In addition, the problem of a thermal bridge between the outdoor surface and the outdoor surface does not occur, and the heat insulation is also excellent.

The outer wall structure of the present invention uses the outer wall panel of the present invention, a plurality of the outer wall panels are arranged in the vertical direction, and the plurality of outer wall panels are extended in the vertical direction at a plurality of positions in the lateral width direction of the back surface. Since the outer wall panel unit is attached to the edge to make the outer wall panel unit, and the outer wall panel unit is attached to the building frame with the body edge, the installation work of the outer wall panel to the building frame can be done from the inside of the building, and the scaffolding construction The construction period and cost can be reduced, and the vertical joint construction accuracy is excellent, and the water tightness is excellent.

FIG. 1 shows a horizontal cross-sectional view of the outer wall panel 22 omitted in the middle. The outer wall panel 22 is a metal sandwich panel in which an incombustible heat insulating material 27 is sandwiched between metal plates 28 and 29 on the outdoor side and the indoor side. The metal plates 28 and 29 are, for example, steel plates. The incombustible heat insulating material 27 is an amorphous material such as rock wool or glass wool, but may be a calcium silicate plate or a gypsum board. The metal plate 28 on the outdoor side is provided with bent plate portions 28 a that are bent toward the indoor side and constitute end surfaces of the outer wall panel 22 at both side edges. The bent plate portion 28a has a tip 28aa that is not in contact with the indoor metal plate 29 and extends to a watertight secondary member on the indoor side. The distance between the distal end 28aa of the bent plate portion 28a and the metal plate 29 on the indoor side is as much as possible as long as there is no thermal bridge between the metal plates 28 and 29 even if there are some manufacturing errors and construction errors. It is said to be a close distance. A refractory material 18 such as a plaster board is provided on the back side of the bent plate portion 28a over the entire panel thickness direction. Note that the refractory material 18 is not necessarily provided.
The distance between the distal end 28aa of the bent plate portion 28a of the outdoor side metal plate 28 and the indoor side metal plate 29 is not necessarily close as long as excellent water tightness can be ensured. As long as it touches.

The tip 28aa of the bent plate portion 28a may be fixed to the inner metal plate 29 with a partial connector 16 such as an angle piece as shown in FIG. A plurality of connectors 16 are provided along the direction in which the tip 28aa extends. Instead of the connector 16, it may be partially connected by screws or spot welding. By these, shape stability improves and the deformation | transformation and opening of the metal plates 28 and 29 at the time of a fire can be suppressed to the minimum. The connector 16 does not necessarily have to be provided.

The outer wall panel 22 has a horizontally long shape as shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of panels are arranged in the vertical direction, and are attached to a plurality of trunk edges 23 extending in the vertical direction at a plurality of locations in the horizontal width direction to constitute the outer wall panel unit 21. To do. The trunk edge 23 is a rod-shaped base material to which the outer wall panel 22 is attached, and is made of a lightweight shape steel such as a lip groove steel or a square pipe. As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of outer wall panel units 21 are arranged on the building frame 26 side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions, and are attached to the building frame 26 with the trunk edge 23.

FIG. 2 shows adjacent portions of the outer wall panels 22 and 22 of the adjacent outer wall panel units 21 and 21. A vertical joint 35 is formed by a gap between the side end surfaces of the adjacent outer wall panels 22 and 22. In the vertical joint 35, a plurality (two in this case) of watertight secondary members 36 and 37 are provided which are located inside and outside each other. The watertight secondary member 36 located on the inner side, that is, the indoor side is a wind barrier, and the watertight secondary member 37 located on the outer side, that is, the outdoor side, is a rain barrier. A space 35a between the secondary members 36 and 37 in the vertical joint 35 is open to somewhere outdoors, and is a constant pressure space having the same atmospheric pressure as the outside air pressure, which is a so-called open joint. In addition, it is good also as a filled joint, without opening the space 35a between both the secondary members 36 and 37 outdoors.

The inner secondary member 36 serving as a wind barrier includes a pair of secondary member bodies 36a and 36a arranged in the joint width direction. These secondary member bodies 36a are made of dry gaskets, and are made of hollow rubber or foamed resin. As shown in FIG. 3, the secondary member members 36a and 36a are attached to the bent plate portions 28a forming the side end surfaces of the adjacent outer wall panels 22 and 22 in a protruding state by bonding with an adhesive or the like. Both the secondary member members 36a and 36a are pressed against each other by the installation of the outer wall panel unit 21 as shown in FIG.

The outer secondary member 37 serving as a rain barrier is composed of one dry gasket attached to one of the adjacent outer wall panels 22, 22, and the bent plate forming the panel side end surface. It protrudes and is attached to the part 28a by adhesion with an adhesive or the like. The secondary member 37 exerts a watertight effect by being pressed against the bent plate portion 28a forming the side end surface of the other outer wall panel 22.

In FIG. 2, a refractory material 38 is provided on the indoor side of the vertical joint 35 across the inner surfaces of the adjacent outer wall panels 22 and 22. The refractory material 38 is a member for blocking the non-fire side from being affected by fire in the event of a fire, and is made of a reinforced gypsum board, a calc board, rock wool, or the like. When the trunk edge 23 is arranged near the side edge of the outer wall panel 22 as in the example of the figure, the refractory material 38 is provided over the entire width between the trunk edges 23, 23, and the trunks on both sides are provided. It is fixed with a stopper 33 attached to the edges 23 and 23. The construction of the refractory material 38 is performed from the indoor side after the installation of the outer wall panels 22 and 22 on both sides.

2 and 3 show an example in which the outer secondary member 37 serving as a rain barrier is formed of a hollow gasket, the shape of the secondary member 37 is, for example, as shown in FIG. Even if it has a cross-sectional groove shape, it may have a L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG.
In addition, when the trunk edge 23 is in a position that does not block the vertical joint 35, the inner secondary member 36 serving as a wind barrier may be an amorphous wet sealant. This is because when the vertical joint 35 is not blocked by the trunk edge 23, the construction in the vertical joint 35 can be performed from the indoor side.

FIG. 4 shows the cross-sectional shape of the upper end and the lower end of the outer wall panel 22, and FIG. 5 shows the connection part of the outer wall panels 22 and 22 adjacent up and down by a schematic longitudinal sectional view. The upper end portion of the lower outer wall panel 22 and the lower end portion of the upper outer wall panel 22 are meshed with each other in a concavo-convex shape so as to satisfy water tightness and fire resistance. Specifically, a recessed portion 22a is provided on the outdoor side along the upper end of the lower outer wall panel 22, and two ridges 22b and 22c located inside and outside are provided on the upper end surface. On the outdoor side of the lower end of the upper outer wall panel 22, there is provided a draining protrusion 22d that fits into the recess 22a of the lower outer wall panel 22, and a groove that fits into the protrusions 22b and 22c on the lower end surface. 22e and 22f are provided. The outer wall panel 22 is attached to the body edge 23 with a fixing tool 30 such as a tapping screw with a drill. The fixing tool 30 is disposed at a location where the screw head 30a is concealed by the outdoor water drain protrusion 22d. Has been.

The recessed portion 22a at the upper end of the outer wall panel 22 continues over a bent plate portion 28a which is a side end surface of the outer wall panel 22, as shown in a perspective view in FIG. In order to ensure airtightness and watertightness between the upper and lower outer wall panels 22, a gap between the upper and lower outer wall panels 22 by using a sponge-like gasket or the like, an irregular sealing material, or a combination thereof using the recess 22a. Water intrusion through the gap can be stopped. When filling the sealing material, there is a method in which the lower outer wall panel 22 is first filled with the sealing material, and the upper outer wall panel 22 is overlapped before it is hardened. This is an application of a method that has been utilized as
In the example of the figure, a gasket 39 for closing the gap between the fitting parts of the upper and lower outer wall panels 22 and 22 is provided at the bent plate part 28a in the recessed part 22a as shown in FIG. Is provided. The gasket 39 is made of foamed resin or the like. Further inside the position of the gasket 39 of the outer wall panel 22 is filled with an irregularly-sealed sealing material 40 that plays the same role as the gasket 39. The filling operation of the sealing material 40 can be performed from the indoor side after the outer wall panel unit 21 is attached to the building frame 26.

FIG. 7 shows a view of the inner and outer secondary members 36 and 37 provided in the vertical joint 35 as seen from the side end face of the outer wall panel 22. On the side end surface of the outer wall panel 22, a branch secondary member portion 36 b that branches from the inner secondary member 36 that serves as a wind barrier and continues to the outer secondary member 37 that serves as a rain barrier is provided in the middle of the vertical direction. Provided. The branch secondary member part 36b is inclined downward toward the outside, and the secondary member 37 is located above the branch secondary member part 36b of the secondary member 37 serving as a rain barrier. It is divided. Thereby, even if water infiltrates into the space 35a which becomes the said isobaric space etc. between the inner and outer secondary members 36 and 37 in the vertical joint 35, the invaded water enters the branching secondary member portion 36b. Can be discharged to the outside.

The branch secondary member portion 36b is preferably installed at one or two locations with respect to the installation of the outer wall panel 22 for one floor. Further, the inner and outer secondary members 36 and 37 are attached to each outer wall panel 22 with a length corresponding to the vertical width thereof, and the upper and lower outer wall panels 22 and 22 are in a height position where they are engaged with each other. The ends are connected to each other via another connecting member. In an area where the upper and lower outer wall panels 22 and 22 are engaged with each other, an auxiliary sealing material 19 is separately provided on the indoor side of the secondary member 36 in order to improve the airtight performance of the secondary member 36 serving as a wind barrier. By integrating the auxiliary sealing material 19 and the sealing material 40 for filling, the gap between the fitting portions of the upper and lower outer wall panels 22 and 22 can be completely closed.
In FIG. 7, the indoor side secondary member 36 is connected together with the fitting of the upper and lower outer wall panels 22 and is supplemented by the auxiliary sealing material 19, but the outer wall panel 22 is grounded and enlarged. The secondary member 36 made of an indoor gasket or the like can also be attached continuously across the outer wall panel 22.

According to the outer wall panel 22 having the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the panel side end surface is provided on the metal plate 28 on the outdoor side and the bent plate portion extends to the secondary member body 36a on the indoor side. 28a. Therefore, most of the inner surface of the vertical joint 35 generated between the adjacent outer wall panels 22 is constituted by the bent plate portion 28a which is a part of the metal plate 28, and the secondary member 36a and the second member 36 When the vertical joint 35 is sealed with a gasket or the like which is the next member 37, a high closeness is obtained due to the surface properties of the metal plate, and an excellent water tightness is obtained. The secondary member 36a and the secondary member 37 can be easily attached. As described above, most of the vertical joint 35 is made of a metal plate, but the bent plate portion 28a of the metal plate 28 on the outdoor side constituting the vertical joint 35 is not in contact with the metal plate on the indoor side. Therefore, a thermal bridge does not occur and the outer wall panel is excellent in heat insulation.

Further, on the outer wall panel 22, a secondary member 36 a or a secondary member 37 that secures the watertightness of the vertical joint 35 is attached to the bent plate portion 28 a of the metal plate 28 on the outdoor side. When the inner surface of the metal plate is a metal plate, it is easy to mount and has a higher closeness to the secondary member 36a and the secondary member 37 made of gaskets than in the case of using a material such as gypsum board, and has excellent sealing performance. can get.

Next, the outer wall composed of the outer wall panel unit 21 will be described. As shown in FIG. 8, this outer wall is a large-sized outer wall panel unit 21 in which a plurality of outer wall panels 22 are integrated with a trunk edge 23 as a base by a ground set, and the outer wall panel unit 21 is formed as a building frame 26. To be installed on. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the building housing 26 includes a pillar 34, beams 41 and 41 </ b> A (FIG. 10), a slab 31, and the like.

As shown in FIG. 10, in this example, the outer wall panel unit 21 has the trunk edge 23 positioned on the outdoor side of the slab 31 of the building housing 26. The height of the outer wall panel unit 21 is lower than the height between the upper and lower slabs 31, 31 in the example shown in the figure. The plates 15 are connected. The outer wall panel unit 21 is attached to the building frame 26 at the trunk edge 23. As a structure for attaching the trunk edge 23 to the building frame 26, the fastener 14 is attached to the end of the slab 31 of the building frame 26 and the wind-resistant beam 41 </ b> A. The structure is fixed. The slab 31 is configured such that a deck plate is placed on the beam 41 of the building frame 26 and concrete is placed thereon, and a small face on the outer wall side is configured by a section steel 31a such as an inward channel steel. Yes. The fastener 14 of the slab 31 is fixed to the upper surface of the shape steel 31a by welding or the like. The fastener 14 is made of an L-shaped steel piece or the like, and is partially provided at a portion corresponding to each trunk edge 23.

FIG. 11B is an enlarged view of a portion where the trunk edge 23 is attached to the fastener 14. In the example of the figure, the lateral piece 14a of the fastener 14 is fixed to the upper surface of the section steel 31a, and the trunk edge 23 is fixed to the standing piece 14b by bolts 42 and nuts 43. The nut 43 is fixed to the inner surface of the flange of the lip groove-shaped body edge 23 by welding, and bolt insertion holes are provided in the flange and fastener 14 in accordance with the nut 43. Therefore, the work of tightening the bolt 42 can be performed from the indoor side. The trunk edge 23 may be fixed to the fastener 14 by welding instead of the bolt 42.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, between the slab 31 and the outer wall panel 22, the edge 23 of the slab 31 is positioned between the slab 31 and the outer edge 23 of the outer wall panel unit 21. Is formed by a filling portion 45 of a non-combustible heat insulating material such as mortar or rock wool.

According to the outer wall structure of this configuration, a plurality of outer wall panels 22 are integrated with the trunk edge 23 to form the outer wall panel unit 21, and the operation of attaching the trunk edge 23 of the outer wall panel unit 21 to the building frame 26 is performed by the outer wall panel 22. Unlike the work of sewing the rim to the trunk edge 23, it can be performed on the slab 31 or the beam 41 in the building frame 26. Therefore, when the outer wall panel 22 is attached to the building frame 26, a scaffold on the outer periphery of the building frame 26, which has been necessary in the past, becomes unnecessary.
In addition, the outer wall panel 22 is configured by the bent plate portion 28a, which is mainly a part of the metal plate 28, and a dry secondary member such as a gasket is adopted. Therefore, by attaching the secondary member to the outer wall panel 22 in advance, the installation work of the vertical joint 35 can be performed at the same time by installing the outer wall panel 22, and the watertight construction from the outdoor side can be made unnecessary.
In this way, scaffolding construction is possible in terms of both the work of attaching the outer wall panel 22 to the building frame 26 and securing the water tightness of the vertical joint 35.
Furthermore, since the outer wall panel 22 and the base body edge 23 are integrated by a ground structure or the like, it is enlarged to be attached to the building frame 26. Therefore, the conventional outer wall in which individual outer wall panels are attached to the building frame one by one. It can be constructed more efficiently than the panel mounting structure, and in this respect, labor saving and shortening of the construction period are possible.

Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, since the trunk edge 23 is located away from the side edge of the outer wall panel 22, the trunk edge 23 interferes when jointing the vertical joint 35 from the indoor side. It is easy to work without. Therefore, the scaffolding method is easier to perform.
