Abstract
Description
以下の例は、本開示の実施形態を例示することが意図されており、本開示を限定することは意図されていない。
方法:全く同じカートリッジ/注射器の両端に、本開示の実施形態に基づく3つの異なる設計の混合要素(M Pro(図9および10に示されている)、SE(図11および12に示されている)およびCE(図13および14に示されている)と称される)を有する閉鎖体およびストッパを取り付けた。さらに、流体貯留室のどちらの端にも混合要素を持たないBD Preset注射器を対照として使用した。ヘッドスペースが存在せず、流体貯留室の底部に赤色染料が明瞭な層として含まれ、その上に透明な水の層が位置するような態様で、それぞれの注射器に水2mlおよび赤色染料200μlを(混合せずに)充填した。次いでそれらの注射器を、垂直位置に保持された試験装置(test rig)上に装填し、それぞれの注射器を、等しい力および速度で、往復運動するように回転させた。

前記容器内部に突き出た第2の混合要素であり、前記第2の閉鎖体の一部分に位置する第2の混合要素と
を備え、
それによって、前記容器を前記容器縦軸を軸に回転させると、前記第1の混合要素および前記第2の混合要素が、前記容器の内部に提供された第1の物質と前記容器の内部に提供された第2の物質の混合を達成する少なくとも1つの渦を形成する
ことを特徴とする容器アセンブリ。

前記第1の混合要素は、前記容器内部に提供された前記第1の物質と前記第2の物質のうちの少なくとも一方の物質の内部に非対称混合パターンを形成することを特徴とする付記1に記載の容器アセンブリ。

前記第1の混合要素は少なくとも1つの混合ひれを含むことを特徴とする付記1に記載の容器アセンブリ。

前記少なくとも1つの混合ひれは、
頂部と、

前記底部から前記頂部まで第1の角度で延びる第1の混合面と、
前記底部から前記頂部まで第2の角度で延びる第2の混合面と

前記容器の前記第1の端部を密封する第1の閉鎖体、
前記容器の前記第2の端部を密封する第2の閉鎖体、
前記容器内部に突き出た第1の混合要素であり、前記第1の閉鎖体の一部分に位置する第1の混合要素、
前記容器内部に突き出た第2の混合要素であり、前記第2の閉鎖体の一部分に位置する第2の混合要素
を備えるステップと、
前記容器内部に、少なくとも第1の物質および第2の物質を提供するステップと、
前記容器を前記容器縦軸を軸に回転させるステップと、
回転中に、前記第1の混合要素および前記第2の混合要素によって少なくとも1つの渦を、前記少なくとも1つの渦が、前記容器アセンブリ内の前記第1の物質と前記第2の物質の混合を達成するような態様で形成するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
Claims (3)
- 第1の端部、第2の端部、および前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部の間に延び、容器内部を画定する側壁を有する容器であり、容器縦軸を定める容器と、
前記容器の前記第1の端部を密封する第1の閉鎖体と、
前記容器の前記第2の端部を密封する第2の閉鎖体と、
前記容器が前記容器縦軸を軸に回転したときに渦を発生させる混合要素であり、前記渦が、前記容器内部に提供された第1の物質と前記容器内部に提供された第2の物質の混合を達成する、前記容器の側壁に直接成形され前記容器に突き出た混合要素と
を備えることを特徴とする容器アセンブリ。 - 前記容器内部の第1の物質をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記容器内部の第2の物質をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容器アセンブリ。
