Abstract
Description
互いに隣接して配置された複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機で構成された塗装ユニットと、
該塗装ユニットを取り付けた塗装マニピュレータと、
前記塗装ユニット及び前記塗装マニピュレータを制御する塗装制御装置とを有し、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の霧化頭の直径が50mm以下であり、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料吐出量が400cc/min以下であり、
前記塗装制御装置により前記霧化頭とワークの塗装面との塗装距離が50〜150mmに制御され、
前記塗装制御装置により前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量が各回転霧化型静電塗装機毎に制御され、
該各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量の制御が、該回転霧化型静電塗装機からの塗料吐出の休止を含む塗装装置を提供することにより達成される。

前記塗装ユニット及び前記塗装マニピュレータを制御する塗装制御装置とを有し、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の霧化頭の直径が50mm以下であり、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料吐出量が400cc/min以下であり、
前記塗装制御装置により前記霧化頭とワークの塗装面との塗装距離が50〜150mmに制御され、
前記塗装制御装置により前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量が各回転霧化型静電塗装機毎に制御され、
該各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量の制御が、該回転霧化型静電塗装機からの塗料吐出の休止を含む塗装装置を使った塗装方法であって、
広い塗装面の塗装では、前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機の全てから塗料を吐出し、
小さな塗装面の塗装又はオーバースプレーとなる塗装では、前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機のうち、オーバースプレーとなる回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出を停止する塗装方法を提供することにより達成される。

Claims (9)
- 互いに隣接して配置された複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機で構成された塗装ユニットと、
該塗装ユニットを取り付けた塗装マニピュレータと、
前記塗装ユニット及び前記塗装マニピュレータを制御する塗装制御装置とを有し、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の霧化頭の直径が50mm以下であり、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料吐出量が400cc/min以下であり、
前記塗装制御装置により前記霧化頭とワークの塗装面との塗装距離が50〜150mmに制御され、
前記塗装制御装置により前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量が各回転霧化型静電塗装機毎に制御され、
該各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量の制御が、該回転霧化型静電塗装機からの塗料吐出の休止を含む塗装装置。 - 前記塗装ユニットに含まれる前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機が一列に配置されている、請求項1に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記塗装ユニットに含まれる前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機が千鳥状に配置されている、請求項1に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記霧化頭の直径が20〜40mmである、請求項2又は3に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料吐出量が50〜350cc/minである、請求項2又は3に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料吐出量が50〜300cc/minである、請求項2又は3に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機がシェーピングエアを吐出するエア孔を有する、請求項2又は3に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の前記シェーピングエアの吐出量が50〜150NL/minである、請求項7に記載の塗装装置。
- 互いに隣接して配置された複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機で構成された塗装ユニットと、
該塗装ユニットを取り付けた塗装マニピュレータと、
前記塗装ユニット及び前記塗装マニピュレータを制御する塗装制御装置とを有し、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の霧化頭の直径が50mm以下であり、
前記各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料吐出量が400cc/min以下であり、
前記塗装制御装置により前記霧化頭とワークの塗装面との塗装距離が50〜150mmに制御され、
前記塗装制御装置により前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量が各回転霧化型静電塗装機毎に制御され、
該各回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出量の制御が、該回転霧化型静電塗装機からの塗料吐出の休止を含む塗装装置を使った塗装方法であって、
広い塗装面の塗装では、前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機の全てから塗料を吐出し、
小さな塗装面の塗装又はオーバースプレーとなる塗装では、前記複数の回転霧化型静電塗装機のうち、オーバースプレーとなる回転霧化型静電塗装機の塗料の吐出を停止する塗装方法。
