Abstract
Description
上を図り、正確な流量計測の実現を目的とするものである。
実施の形態1について図1〜図5を用いて説明する。図1は本発明の実施の形態1における流量計測装置の構成図、図2は図1の分解斜視図、図3は図1のA−A線断面図を示すものである。

次に、第2の超音波送受波器7から出た超音波が、もう一方の第1の超音波送受波器6に到達するまでの伝搬時間t2は、下式にて示される。
式(1)と式(2)から流体の音速Cを消去すると、下式が得られる。
式(3)にて分るように、Lとθが既知なら、伝播時間測定手段(図示せず)にて計測された伝搬時間t1、およびt2を用いて、流速Vが求められる。

しかし、一般的には、計測された流速Vは計測流路4の全体の平均流速Vaveとは異なるため、実際の流量Qtは下式に示すように、この流量Qに補正係数kを乗じて求める。

図4、図5は、第1の実施形態の乱流抑制部材の平面図を示したものである。
下式に示すように、渦流p、qにより生じる流速が計測流路4における被計測流体の流速に対して、所定割合以下になるようにすれば、この窪み部による誤差を所定精度(m)以下に抑えることが可能となる。
以上のように、本実施の形態によると、超音波が通過でき、且つ、渦流の発生を抑制する開口部を有する乱流抑制部材を用いることで、必要な精度を確保しつつ、超音波の減衰を少なくすることができる。

Claims (3)
- 矩形断面の計測流路と、
前記計測流路の一方側に配置され、窪み部を介して前記計測流路に連接する一対の超音波送受波器と、
前記一対の超音波送受波器間の伝播時間を測定する伝播時間測定手段と、
前記伝播時間測定手段で測定された伝播時間から求めた流速を基に流量を演算する流量演算手段と、
前記窪み部と前記計測流路との間に配置された開口部を有する乱流抑制部材とを備え、
前記乱流抑制部材の開口部は桟部を有するとともに、前記桟部の幅を略同一に構成した流量計測装置。 - 前記開口部は六角形の開口を千鳥状に配置した請求項1に記載の流量計測装置。
- 前記計測流路には仕切り板が挿入され複数の層状流路を形成し、前記層状流路の流路幅は前記開口部の六角形の開口の相当直径より大きく構成した請求項2に記載の流量計測装置。
