Claims (12)
- 不織製品を小規模製造するための装置であって、
筺体と、
前記筺体内に配置されているフォーマーと、
前記筺体に取り付けられているコントローラーと、
前記筺体内に配置されている少なくとも2つの可動式器具ヘッドで、前記コントローラーによって制御される少なくとも2つの可動式器具ヘッドと、
前記筺体に取り付けられているとともに、前記可動式器具ヘッドのうちの1つに連結されている少なくとも1つのポリマー用容器と、
前記筺体に取り付けられているとともに、別の可動式器具ヘッドに連結されている少なくとも1つの繊維用容器と、
硬化システムと、
を備え、
前記筺体の接地面積が2m×2m未満である装置。 - 前記筺体の接地面積が1.5m×1.5m未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記筺体の接地面積が1m×1m未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フォーマーが適所に固定されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フォーマーが電動式且つ移動式であり、前記フォーマーの移動が、前記筺体の大きさを超えない、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの可動式器具ヘッドがスプレーノズルを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの可動式器具ヘッドが、繊維フロック加工ユニットを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フォーマーを前記装置から取り外すことができる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記筺体が、一連の繊維カートリッジを更に備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記筺体が、ユーザーインターフェースを更に備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの可動式器具ヘッドが、同じ可動式アーム又は機構に取り付けられている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 一方の可動式器具ヘッドが、一方の可動式アーム又は機構に取り付けられており、もう一方の可動式器具ヘッドが、第2の可動式アーム又は機構に取り付けられている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
