Claims (11)
- 中空円筒状の本体(12)とスリーブカテーテルとを備えるステントグラフト(10)であって、
前記本体(12)は、少なくとも1つの自己拡張型ステント(14)と補綴材(16)とを備え、
前記本体(12)の円周は、圧縮状態において、拡張状態における前記本体(12)の円周よりも小さく、
前記スリーブカテーテルは、2つの長手方向縁(22、24)を有するフラップ状の圧縮要素(13)として設計され、
第1の長手方向縁(22)が前記本体(12)に固定され、
前記第1の長手方向縁(22)に対して垂直方向の前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)の長さは、前記拡張状態における前記本体(12)の前記円周よりも小さく、
前記本体(12)を圧縮する目的で、前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)を前記本体(12)周囲に配置することができ、
自由縁である第2の長手方向縁(22)が、前記本体(12)及び/又は前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)に設けられた固定点(28)に解放可能に取付け可能であることを特徴とする、ステントグラフト。 - 前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)は、前記本体(12)の前記圧縮状態において、前記第1の長手方向縁(22)に対して垂直方向に、少なくとも前記本体(12)の回りの全周に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)は前記本体(12)と略同じ長さであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)の前記第1の長手方向縁(22)は前記補綴材(16)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記本体(12)及び/又は前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)に設けられた前記固定点(28)は、前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)の前記第2の長手方向縁(24)を固定するようにロッド(36)を突き通すことができるループ(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)の前記第2の長手方向縁(24)は、前記ロッド(36)を挿入可能なヘムステッチ(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記ヘムステッチ(32)は複数の切れ目(34)を有し、前記ループ(30)は、前記本体(12)の前記長手方向において、該ループ(30)が前記切れ目(34)の高さのところに位置するように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記切れ目(34)は互いに均一な距離を置いていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)は織布又は吸収性材料から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)は径方向折畳み構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記フラップ状の圧縮要素(13)は、低摩擦性の、好ましくは変形可能な、より好ましくは非侵襲性の表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
