Claims (5)
- 電子ビームを放出するフィラメントを有する陰極と、
前記電子ビームが入射されてX線を放出する陽極ターゲットと、
内部に前記陰極および前記陽極ターゲットを収容する真空外囲器と
を具備するX線管であって、
前記陰極は、
前記真空外囲器の一部を構成して前記真空外囲器の外部に露出し、前記フィラメントに通電するリード線が前記真空外囲器の内部側と外部側とに貫通するように取り付けられた金属製のリード線支持体と、
前記リード線支持体に接触固定され、前記フィラメントを支持する金属製のフィラメント支持体とを有する
ことを特徴とするX線管。 - 前記陰極は、前記フィラメント支持体に接触固定され、前記フィラメントから放出される前記電子ビームを集束する金属製の集束電極を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線管。 - 前記フィラメント支持体は、前記フィラメントから放出される前記電子ビームを集束する機能を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線管。 - 前記リード線は、電気的に絶縁されて前記リード線支持体に支持され、
前記フィラメントは、電気的に絶縁されて前記フィラメント支持体に支持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載のX線管。 - 前記リード線支持体および前記フィラメント支持体のいずれか一方は、円筒状に形成され、側面に開口部が設けられ、内部に前記フィラメントに固定されているフィラメント端子と前記リード線とが挿通されるとともに、前記開口部に対向して前記フィラメント端子と前記リード線とが接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載のX線管。
