前記付勢部材の付勢に抗して、前記蓋体が前記飲み口又は注ぎ口を閉塞する位置にて前記蓋体を固定する蓋ロック機構とを備え、
前記蓋ロック機構は、前記蓋体にヒンジ部を介して回動自在に取り付けられると共に、一端側に設けられた一方の係止部が前記キャップ本体側に設けられた他方の係止部に係止されるロック位置と、前記一方の係止部と前記他方の係止部との係止状態が解除されるロック解除位置との間で回動されるロック部材を有し、
前記ロック部材が前記ロック位置にあるとき、前記蓋体の周壁部に設けられたスリットの内側に前記一方の係止部が位置し、前記ロック部材が前記ロック解除位置にあるとき、前記一方の係止部が前記スリットの間から外側に突き出されることを特徴とするキャップユニット。
