Claims (25)

前記少なくとも1つの形状記憶アームの組織穿通点を前記組織内に穿通させることにより、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを前記患者の生体構造の組織内に挿入し、
前記少なくとも1つの形状記憶アームを外転させることにより、前記少なくとも1つの形状記憶アームのシャフト部を、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーの長手軸(longitudinal axis)から放射状に外転させ、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを、前記長尺要素から離脱させる
