Claims (16)
- 一端がゲート駆動信号生成部と連結され、他端が第1ゲートラインの一端と連結される第1プルアップTFT、
一端が前記第1ゲートラインの一端と連結され、他端が低電圧端子と連結される第1プルダウンTFT、及び
一端が前記ゲート駆動信号生成部と連結され、他端が前記第1ゲートラインの前記一端の反対側に位置した他端と連結される第2プルアップTFTを含み、
前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオンされると前記第1プルダウンTFTはターンオフされ、前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオフされると前記第1プルダウンTFTはターンオンされるゲート駆動モジュール。 - 前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオンされて前記第1プルダウンTFTがターンオフされると、前記ゲート駆動信号生成部によって生成されたゲート駆動信号が前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTを通じて前記第1ゲートラインに印加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲート駆動モジュール。
- 前記第1ゲートラインは画素構造を含み、前記画素構造はデータライン、スキャントランジスター、キャパシター、及びドライビングトランジスターを含み、
前記ゲート駆動信号が前記第1ゲートラインに印加される時、前記スキャントランジスターはターンオンされ、データ電圧は連続的に前記データラインと、前記スキャントランジスターを通じて前記ドライビングトランジスターのゲート端に印加されて、前記トランジスターと連結された有機発光ダイオードをターンオンさせることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のゲート駆動モジュール。 - 前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオフされて前記第1プルダウンTFTがターンオンされると、低電圧信号が前記第1プルダウンTFTを通じて前記第1ゲートラインに印加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲート駆動モジュール。
- 一端が前記第1プルアップTFTのゲート端と連結され、他端が前記第1プルダウンTFTのゲート端と連結される第1インバーターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲート駆動モジュール。
- 前記第1インバーターは、前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTに印加された信号を変更し、前記変更された信号を前記第1プルダウンTFTに出力することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のゲート駆動モジュール。
- 一端が前記ゲート駆動信号生成部と連結され、他端が第2ゲートラインの一端と連結される第3プルアップTFT、及び
前記第3プルアップTFTのゲート端と第3インバーターを通じて連結されるQb3ノードをさらに含み、
前記Qb3ノードは前記第2プルアップTFTのゲート端と第2インバーターを通じて連結されるQb2ノードと連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲート駆動モジュール。 - 一端がゲート駆動信号生成部と連結され、他端が第1ゲートラインの一端と連結される第1プルアップTFT、
一端が前記第1ゲートラインの一端と連結され、他端が低電圧端子と連結される第1プルダウンTFT、
一端が前記ゲート駆動信号生成部と連結され、他端が前記第1ゲートラインの前記一端の反対側に位置した他端と連結される第2プルアップTFT、及び
前記ゲート駆動信号生成部によって生成され、前記第1ゲートラインを通じて印加されるゲート駆動信号によってスキャン動作を行う表示領域を含み、
前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオンされると前記第1プルダウンTFTはターンオフされ、前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオフされると前記第1プルダウンTFTはターンオンされる内蔵ゲートパネル。 - 前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオンされて前記第1プルダウンTFTがターンオフされると、前記ゲート駆動信号生成部によって生成された前記ゲート駆動信号が前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTを通じて前記第1ゲートラインに印加されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内蔵ゲートパネル。
- 前記第1ゲートラインは画素構造を含み、前記画素構造は、データライン、スキャントランジスター、キャパシター、及びドライビングトランジスターを含み、
前記ゲート駆動信号が前記第1ゲートラインに印加される時、前記スキャントランジスターはターンオンされ、データ電圧は連続的に前記データラインと、前記スキャントランジスターを通じて前記ドライビングトランジスターのゲート端に印加されて、前記トランジスターと連結された有機発光ダイオードをターンオンさせることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の内蔵ゲートパネル。 - 前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTがターンオフされて前記第1プルダウンTFTがターンオンされると、低電圧信号が前記第1プルダウンTFTを通じて前記第1ゲートラインに印加されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内蔵ゲートパネル。
- 一端が前記第1プルアップTFTのゲート端と連結され、他端が前記第1プルダウンTFTのゲート端と連結される第1インバーターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内蔵ゲートパネル。
- 前記第1インバーターは、前記第1プルアップTFT及び前記第2プルアップTFTに印加された信号を変更し、前記変更された信号を前記第1プルダウンTFTに出力することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の内蔵ゲートパネル。
- 一端が前記ゲート駆動信号生成部と連結され、他端が第2ゲートラインの一端と連結される第3プルアップTFT、及び
前記第3プルアップTFTのゲート端と第3インバーターを通じて連結されるQb3ノードをさらに含み、
前記Qb3ノードは前記第2プルアップTFTのゲート端と第2インバーターを通じて連結されるQb2ノードと連結されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内蔵ゲートパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のゲート駆動モジュールを含む有機発光ダイオード。
