Claims (10)
- ポンプ本体(70)を駆動するためのアクチュエータであって、
取付けブラケット(12)を含む基部(10)と、
伝達装置組立体(50)と、
ステータ(31)と、前記ステータ(31)に対して回転可能なロータ(32)と、前記ロータ(32)に固定された駆動軸(351)とを含むモータ(30)と、
を備え、
前記駆動軸(351)は、前記伝達装置組立体(50)に結合され、前記取付けブラケット(12)は、前記モータ(30)に部分的に組み込まれる、アクチュエータ。 - ポンプ本体(70)を駆動するためのアクチュエータであって、
取付けブラケットを含む基部(10)と、
前記基部(10)に収容された伝達装置組立体(50)と、
外側ロータ式モータであって、前記取付けブラケット(12)に直接固定されたステータ(31)と、前記ステータ(31)の周りに回転可能に取り付けられたロータ(32)と、前記伝達装置組立体(50)に結合されかつ前記ロータ(32)に固定された駆動軸(351)とを含むモータと、
を備えるアクチュエータ。 - 前記取付けブラケット(12)は、前記モータ(30)と前記伝達装置組立体(50)との間に配置された連結板(123)と、前記連結板(123)の側面から前記駆動軸(351)の軸方向に沿って延びるスリーブ(125)とをさらに含み、前記ステータ(31)は、前記スリーブ(125)上に支持され、前記駆動軸(351)は、スリーブ(125)に回転可能に収容され、前記ロータ(32)は、前記ステータ(31)の周りに回転可能に取り付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記基部(10)は後側カバー(15)をさらに含み、前記後側カバー(15)は、前記ステータ(31)から離れた前記取付けブラケット(12)の一側面に配置され、前記アクチュエータは、前記駆動軸(351)を回転可能に支持する2つの支持軸受(353)をさらに含み、前記2つの支持軸受(353)は、それぞれ前記後側カバー(15)及び前記連結板(123)に近接して前記取付けブラケット(12)に固定される、請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記モータ(30)はブラシレス直流モータ(30)であり、前記モータ(30)はコントローラ(33)をさらに含み、前記コントローラ(33)は、前記取付けブラケット(12)と前記ステータ(31)との間に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記取付けブラケット(12)は、前記伝達装置組立体(50)を収容する収容チャンバ(121)を定める、請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記伝達装置組立体(50)は、軸受座(51)と、伝達装置軸受(53)と、偏心ブッシュ(55)とを含み、前記伝達装置軸受(53)は前記軸受座(51)に取り付けられ、前記軸受座(51)は前記収容チャンバ(121)に収容され、前記軸受座(51)の一側は前記ポンプ本体(70)に結合され、前記偏心ブッシュ(55)は、前記駆動軸(351)に固定的にスリーブ嵌めされかつ前記伝達装置軸受(53)に回転可能に取り付けられる、請求項6に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記偏心ブッシュ(55)は、円筒形でありかつ貫通穴を定め、前記偏心ブッシュ(55)の軸線は前記貫通穴の軸線からオフセットしており、前記駆動軸(351)は、前記偏心ブッシュ(55)が前記駆動軸(351)と一緒に回転するように、前記偏心ブッシュ(55)の貫通穴を貫通する、請求項7に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ステータ(31)は電機子であり、前記ロータ(32)は複数の永久磁石を備えた励磁組立体である、請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- ポンプ(100)であって、
ポンプ本体(70)と、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータと、
を備えるポンプ。
