Claims (5)
- 被塗物を塗装するための塗装用ロボットが塗装空間内に設置された塗装ブースであって、
前記塗装用ロボットが備えるロボットアームの先端部に、前記被塗物に対して塗料を吹き付ける塗装ガンが搭載され、
前記塗装ガンに、同塗装ガンに前記塗料を供給するホースが接続され、
前記塗装空間内には、前記ホースが接続された前記塗装ガンが複数収容可能であり、
前記塗装空間を区画形成する隔壁の内面側に、複数の前記塗装ガンのうち使用していない前記塗装ガンを待機させるとともに、待機する前記塗装ガンに接続された前記ホースが引き込まれる待機領域が複数箇所に設けられ、
前記塗装ガンの使用時に、前記ホースを前記待機領域から引き出す動作を行う一方、前記塗装ガンの非使用時に、前記ホースを前記待機領域に引き込む動作を行うホース出し入れ機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする塗装ブース。 - 前記ホース出し入れ機構は、前記待機領域にある前記ホースを収容するための収容室内に配置され、前記塗装ブースの天井部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記ホース出し入れ機構は流体圧シリンダであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記塗装ガンは、前記ロボットアームの先端部に取り付けられたブラケットの先端に設けられており、前記ホースは前記ブラケットの内部に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記ブラケットの基端部に、前記ホースを側方から支持することによって前記ホースの折れを防止するガイド部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の塗装ブース。
