Abstract
【解決手段】テレスコープ式に互いに内外に差し嵌められた2つの管10,20は、それぞれ車両のフラップと車両自体に回動可能に取り付けられており、フラップを開閉するために、電動機16によって駆動されるスピンドル60とスピンドルナット70とを用いて、互いに接近・離反する方向に移動可能である。電動機16、スピンドル60およびスピンドルナット70ならびにセンサ素子を備えた電子基板200が、管形状の駆動装置1の内部に配置されており、かつ電子基板200には、電動機16の駆動制御のための出力電子装置も配置されている。

Claims (6)
- 車両のフラップ、好ましくはトランクリッド、テールゲート又はドア用の管形状の駆動装置(1)であって、
テレスコープ式に互いに内外に差し嵌められた2つの管(10,20)を備え、該管(10,20)の自由端部(30,40)は、それぞれ前記車両の前記フラップと前記車両自体とに回動可能に取り付けられており、
前記管(10,20)は、前記フラップを開閉するために、電動機(16)によって駆動されるスピンドル(60)と、該スピンドル(60)に配置されたスピンドルナット(70)とを用いて、互いに接近・離反する方向に移動可能であり、
前記電動機(16)、前記スピンドル(60)および前記スピンドルナット(70)ならびにセンサ素子(19,230)を備えた電子基板(200)が、前記管形状の駆動装置(1)の内部に配置されている、駆動装置(1)において、
前記電子基板(200)には、前記電動機(16)の駆動制御のための出力電子装置(210)も配置されている
ことを特徴とする、管形状の駆動装置。 - 前記電子基板(200)は、前記電動機(16)と、該電動機(16)を保持する前記管(10)の前記自由端部(40)との間において、前記電動機(16)に配置されている、請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 前記電子基板(200)は、ディスク形状を有していて、前記管(10,20)の対称軸線に対して垂直に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の駆動装置。
- 前記電子基板(200)は、温度センサ(230)をも有している、請求項2または3記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ハウジング管(10)は、高導電性の材料から形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ハウジング管(10)は、軟磁性の材料から成っている、請求項5記載の駆動装置。
