(機能性2)
実施例1の二層ゲルクリームは、水性成分を多量に含有する美容ゲル部分と、油性成分を多量に含有するクリーム部分からなる。このように二層ゲルクリームは、1つの製剤中で油性成分と水性成分が分離されている。これにより、配合できる成分の選択性が増加する。
(機能性3)
実施例1の二層ゲルクリームは、外層部分のゲル製剤と、内部のクリーム製剤で2種の製剤が分断されており、内側のクリーム製剤の配合量は全量の3分の1程度である。従って、製剤全体に界面活性剤を分散させる必要が無く、乳化に必要な界面活性剤の使用量も3分の1程度まで低減できることを確認した。また、実施例1の二層ゲルクリームは、界面活性剤による肌への刺激性や負担が大幅に低減された使用感の製剤であること確認した。
(機能性4)
実施例1の二層ゲルクリームを40℃、50℃、4℃、および、25℃の温度で保存し、3ヶ月後の状態変化を観察したが、いずれにおいても製剤に変化は認められなかった。本結果から、実施例1の二層充填ゲルクリームは、外層部分にグリセリンや1,3−ブチレングリコールのような保湿成分を高濃度で配合しているにも関わらず、高い安定性を持った製剤であることを確認した。
(機能性5)
実施例1の二層ゲルクリームは、外層部分の透明性の高い美容ゲルと、内部のクリームの二種の異なる製剤が配合されている。使用試験により、ヘラを使って使用することで視覚的に二種の使用量を調節しながら製剤を使用することができることを確認した。すなわち、保湿成分が不足しがちな日中は透明性の高い水性美容ゲルを多く使用し、油分が不足しがちな就寝や洗顔後などは、油分を多く含むクリーム部分を多く使うという使い方で、視覚的に調整しながら1つの製剤を使用できる。このように二層ゲルクリームは一つの製品でありながら、肌の状態に応じた使い分けができる。
(機能性6)
実施例1の二層ゲルクリームは内部のクリームが外層部分の美容ゲルで包みこまれた形状であり、二層ゲルクリームの内部のクリーム部分にのみ油溶性の香料を配合している。このため、使用試験では使用前の二層ゲルクリームは香りをほとんど感じることのできない製剤であったが、使用直後に新鮮な香りが広がる事を使用試験により確認した。また、使用後も内部のクリーム部分の大部分は透明性の高いゲルで包まれており、香りの鮮度は最後まで持続した。さらには、二層ゲルクリームは油性成分が外部の空気と直接触れる可能性が極めて少なく、内部のクリームに含まれる油性成分の酸化も抑えられ、経時的変化による油性成分の酸化臭を感じないことを確認した。
(機能性7)
外実施例1の二層ゲルクリームは図2に示すように、黄色で透明性の高い美容ゲルに、すっぽりと球状のクリーム部分が包まれ美観性にも優れた外観であることを確認した。使用途中も、その美観性を損なうことなく使用できることも確認できた。

クリーム用のガラス容器(全量50ml)に、処方3のゲル32gを充填機(株式会社ジェーエム製作所製、クリーム充填機FIR−1A)により充填した。その後、充填したゲルの中心部にノズルの先端がくるように設定し、処方3のクレンジングゲル製剤が充填されたガラス容器に処方4のクレンジングクリーム製剤16gを充填した。

(二層クレンジングゲルクリームの機能性)
実施例2により調製した二層クレンジングゲルクリームを用いて使用試験を行い、製剤の機能性を確認した。使用試験において、使用者にはヘラを使用して製剤を適量とり、肌のメイク汚れに対するクレンジングとして使用するように指示した。使用後に、その使用感と機能性についてインタビュー形式で聞いた。下記に、本試験および配合成分、調製方法から確認できる製剤の機能性を列挙する。
(機能性1)
実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、水性の洗浄成分を配合し水性の汚れを洗浄する効果に優れた「水性クレンジングゲル」中に、油性の洗浄成分を配合し油性の汚れを洗浄する効果に優れた「クレンジングクリーム」を内包する製剤である。本製剤を外層部分と内部の両方の製剤を含むように取り、メイク汚れなど肌の汚れに対するクレンジング機能を確かめた。二層クレンジングゲルクリームは水性の汚れと油性の汚れの両方に強いクレンジング効果を示した。さらには、製剤の水への溶解性も高く、後残りのないサッパリとした洗い上がりが特徴のクレンジングクリームであった。使用試験から、実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、クレンジングクリームと水性クレンジングゲルの両方の利点を併せ持つ製剤であることを確認した。
(機能性2)
実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、水性の洗浄成分と、その他の水性の洗浄成分を多量に含有する水性クレンジングゲル製剤と、油性成分を多量に含有するクレンジングクリーム製剤からなる。このように、二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、1つの製剤中で油性成分と水性成分が分断されている。これにより、配合できる成分の選択性が増加する。
(機能性3)
実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、外層部分の水性クレンジングゲル製剤と、内部のクレンジングクリーム製剤で2種の製剤が完全に分断されており、内側のクリーム部分の配合量は全量の3分の1程度である。従って、製剤全体に界面活性剤を分散させる必要が無く、乳化に必要な界面活性剤の配合量も3分の1程度まで低減できることを確認した。また、実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、界面活性剤による肌への刺激性や負担が大幅に低減された使用感の製剤であること確認した。
(機能性4)
実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームを4℃、25℃、40℃、および、50℃の温度で保存し、3ヶ月後の状態変化を観察したが、いずれにおいても製剤に変化は認められなかった。本結果から、実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、外層部分に1,3−ブチレングリコールのような保湿成分に加え、水性の洗浄成分など、乳化製剤の安定性を損なう水性成分を高濃度で配合しているにも関わらず、高い安定性を持った製剤であることを確認した。
(機能性5)
実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは、外層部分の水性クレンジングゲル製剤と、内部のクレンジングクリーム製剤の異なる製剤が配合されている。使用試験により、ヘラを使って使用することで視覚的に二種の使用量を調節しながら製剤を使用できることを確認した。すなわち、メイクなどの油汚れを落とす時はクレンジングクリームを多く使用するなど、視覚的に調整しながら1つの製剤を使用できることを確認した。このように二層クレンジングゲルクリームは1つの製品でありながら、求めるクレンジング機能に応じて使い分けることができる。
(機能性6)
実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは内部のクレンジングクリーム製剤が外層部分のクレンジングゲル製剤で包みこまれた形状であり、二層クレンジングゲルクリームの内部のクレンジングクリーム製剤にのみ油溶性の香料を配合している。このため、使用試験では使用前の二層ゲルクリームには香りをほとんど感じることのできない製剤であったが、使用直後に新鮮な香りが広がる事を使用試験により確認した。また、使用後も内部のクリーム部分の大部分は透明性の高いゲルで包まれており、香りの鮮度は最後まで持続した。さらには、二層クレンジングゲルクリームは油性成分が外部の空気と直接触れる可能性が極めて少なく、内部のクレンジングクリームに含まれる油性成分の酸化も抑えられ、経時的変化による油性成分の酸化臭を感じないことを確認した。
(機能性7)
実施例2の二層クレンジングゲルクリームは図3に示すように、透明性の高いクレンジングゲルに、すっぽりと球状のクレンジングクリーム部分が包まれ美観性にも優れた外観であることを確認した。使用途中も、その美観性を損なうことなく使用できることも確認できた。
