Claims (7)
- 車両の左右両側に前記車両の前後方向に延びる骨格部材が設けられるとともに、それらの骨格部材に掛け渡してフロアパネルが設けられ、前記フロアパネルの下側に、複数の単セルを一方向に積層して一体化した積層体を有する電池パックが取り付けられた、車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックの周縁部と、前記骨格部材を含む車両構成部材の一部であって前記電池パックの周縁部に対して車両上下方向の上側で対向する部位との間にはシール材が設けられ、
前記シール材には、前記電池パックの周縁部に対して車両幅方向の内側と外側とを連通する水抜き部が形成されていること
を特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記骨格部材を含む車両構成部材の一部であって前記電池パックの周縁部に対して車両上下方向の上側で対向する部位は、前記電池パックにおける前記フロアパネル側を向く上面の周縁部の全周に亘って対向しており、前記シール材は前記上面の周縁部の全周に亘って配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記車両幅方向に延びていて前記骨格部材を互いに連結するフロアクロスが設けられ、前記電池パックにおける前記フロアパネル側を向く上面であって前記フロアクロスに対応する箇所に、前記フロアクロスを入り込ませる凹部が前記車両幅方向に延びて形成されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項3に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記凹部と前記フロアクロスとによって前記シール材を挟み込み、前記シール材における前記凹部と前記フロアクロスとによって挟み込まれている箇所に前記水抜き部が形成されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記骨格部材を含む車両構成部材の一部であって前記電池パックの周縁部に対して車両上下方向の上側で対向する部位は、少なくとも前記骨格部材における前記車両幅方向での内側に形成されたフランジ部を含むことを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記シール材における前記水抜き部は互いに離隔した端部を有し、それらの端部が前記電池パックにおける前記フロアパネル側を向く上面に沿う方向で隙間をあけて互いに所定の長さに亘ってオーバーラップして配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックは、前記単セルの積層方向を前記車両幅方向に合わせた姿勢で前記骨格部材同士の間に配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
