Claims (3)
- 複数の製造機械を含む製造セルを制御する製造管理装置であって、
それぞれの製造機械の消費電力および部品の寿命に関する情報のうち少なくとも1つを含む負荷情報を時系列で取得する負荷情報取得部と、
前記負荷情報に基づいて、予め定められた期間における製造セルの平均消費電力、最大消費電力、および部品の寿命を示す変数のうち少なくとも1つを含む動作負荷を算出する負荷算出部と、
予め定められた期間における物品の製造数が変化しない範囲内で、製造機械が駆動する速度および加速度のうち少なくとも一方を小さくする第1の制御、および前記動作負荷が低減するように、連続する動作の時間の割合を調整する第2の制御を実施する動作調整部と、
動作調整部により調整した動作の指令を製造機械に送信する送信部とを備えることを特徴とする、製造管理装置。 - 物品の製造計画を設定する生産計画装置から物品の製造数の指令を受信する製造数取得部を備え、
動作調整部は、製造数取得部が受信した製造数の物品を製造可能な範囲内で予め定められた期間における物品の製造数を設定すると共に、前記動作負荷が低減するように前記第1の制御および前記第2の制御を実施する、請求項1に記載の製造管理装置。 - 複数の製造セルを制御するように形成されており、
動作調整部は、それぞれの製造セルごとに、前記第1の制御および前記第2の制御を実施する、請求項1または2に記載の製造管理装置。
