Abstract
Description
x=1である式(I)で表される界面活性剤を製造する場合には、例えば、脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素又はその誘導体からなるモノカルボン酸、ジカルボン酸、トリカルボン酸、テトラカルボン酸がカルボン酸として有用である。
少なくとも1個のOH官能基を有し、x=1である式(I)で表される化合物の製造に適したヒドロキシルアミンとしては、例えば、ジエタノールアミン、モノエタノールアミン、ジイソプロパノールアミン、イソプロパノールアミン、ジグリコールアミン(2−(2−アミノエトキシ)エタノール)、3−アミノ−1−プロパノール及びポリエーテルアミン(Polyetheramin D 2000(BASF社製)、Polyetheramin D 230 (BASF社製)、Polyetheramin T 403 (BASF社製)、Polyetheramin T 5000 (BASF社製)及びHuntsman社製の対応するJeffamineグレード等)が挙げられる。
発泡性成分Aを得るために、72.0重量部(pbw)のポリオールA(脂肪族ポリエーテルポリオール、MDAを出発原料として使用したポリエーテルポリオール、2.3重量部の水及びアミン触媒DMCHA及びPMDETAの混合物を含む)を、24.5部のHFO発泡剤(trans−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロ−1−プロペン(HFO−1233zd−E)(Solsitce LBA(Honeywell社製))と混合した。次に、4部の各種ポリエーテルシロキサン系発泡安定剤(TEGOSTAB(登録商標) BXXXX(Evonik Industries社製))を得られた混合物と混合した。混合物の正確な組成を表3に示す。
比較例1で得られた発泡性成分Aを相容化させるために、界面活性剤として、イソトリデカノール(BASF社製)又はコカミドDEA(ジエタノールアミド)(Rewomid(登録商標) DC212 S(Evonik Industries社製))をサンプルと混合した。得られた混合物の正確な組成を表4に示す。混合物を均質化させることにより、透明で光学的等方性を有し、長期保存後にも相分離を示さないサンプルが得られた。
発泡性成分Aを得るために、74.0重量部(pbw)のポリオールB(脂肪族ポリエーテルポリオール、無水フタル酸系ポリエステルポリオール、2.4重量部の水及びアミン触媒DMCHA及びPMDETAの混合物を含む)を、24.0部のHFO発泡剤(Solsitce LBA(Honeywell社製))と混合した。次に、3部の各種ポリエーテルシロキサン系発泡安定剤を得られた混合物と混合した。混合物の正確な組成を表5に示す。
比較例2で得られた発泡性成分Aを相容化させるために、界面活性剤TDとして、イソトリデカノール又はコカミドDEA(ジエタノールアミド)をサンプルと混合した。得られた混合物の正確な組成を表6に示す。
Claims (11)
- ポリウレタンフォームの製造に適した組成物であって、少なくとも1種のポリオール成分と、少なくとも1種の発泡剤と、ウレタン又はイソシアヌレート結合の形成に対して触媒作用を示す触媒と、ケイ素含有発泡安定剤と、任意成分としてのその他の添加剤と、任意成分としてのイソシアネート成分と、を含み、少なくとも1種の不飽和ハロゲン化炭化水素を発泡剤として含むと共に、ケイ素原子を有しておらず、10未満のHLB値を有する少なくとも1種の界面活性剤TDをさらに含み、前記組成物中の前記界面活性剤TDの合計割合が、前記ポリオール成分100質量部に対して0.05〜20質量部であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 下記式(I)で表される少なくとも1種の化合物を前記界面活性剤TDとして含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
(式中、xは、0又は1であり、Rは、炭素原子数が少なくとも4、好ましくは8〜30、より好ましくは9〜20、特に好ましくは9〜18の、直鎖状、分岐鎖状又は環状の飽和又は不飽和炭化水素基であり、Yは、O−R1又はNR1R2又はO−CH2−CH(OR3)−CH2OH(式中、R1及びR2は、(CnH2nO)m−H(式中、nは、2〜4、好ましくは2又は3、特に好ましくは2であり、mは、0〜15、好ましくは0又は1〜10、特に好ましくは0又は1〜6、さらに好ましくは0である。)で表される同一又は異なる基であり、R3は、H又はR’又はC(O)R’(式中、R’は、Rについて定義した炭化水素基と同様な炭化水素基であり、Rと同一であってもよく、異なっていてもよい。)である。) - 前記界面活性剤TDが、炭素原子数が少なくとも4であり、10未満のHLB値を有する少なくとも1種の炭化水素基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤TDが6未満のHLB値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- コカミドDEA、イソトリデカノール又はイソノナノールを前記界面活性剤TDとして含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- trans−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロ−1−プロペン(HFO−1234zeE)、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロ−1−プロペン(HFO−1234yf)、cis−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン(HFO−1336mzzZ)、trans−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン(HFO−1336mzzE)及びtrans−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロ−1−プロペン(HFO−1233zd−E)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を前記不飽和ハロゲン化炭化水素として含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1種のイソシアネート成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を反応させることを特徴とする、ポリウレタン又はポリイソシアヌレートフォーム(ポリウレタンフォーム)の製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法によって得られるポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項9に記載のポリウレタンフォームの、断熱材料、好ましくは断熱板、冷蔵庫、断熱フォーム、車両シート、特に自動車のシート、ルーフライナー、マットレス、フィルターフォーム、パッケージフォーム又はスプレーフォームとしての使用又は断熱材料、好ましくは断熱板、冷蔵庫、断熱フォーム、車両シート、特に自動車のシート、ルーフライナー、マットレス、フィルターフォーム、パッケージフォーム又はスプレーフォームの製造のための使用。
- 請求項9に記載のポリウレタンフォームを断熱材料として含むことを特徴とする冷却装置。
