Claims (18)
- サセプタ(21)を備えたエアロゾル形成基体(20)を加熱するための誘導加熱装置(1)であって、前記誘導加熱装置(1)が、
−装置ハウジング(10)と
−DC供給電圧(VCC)を有するDC電源(11)と、
−高周波で動作するように構成された電源回路(13)であって、前記電源回路(13)が前記DC電源(11)に接続されたDC/ACインバータ(132)を備え、前記DC/ACインバータが、トランジスタスイッチ(1320)、トランジスタスイッチ駆動回路(1322)、および低オーム負荷(1324)で動作するように構成されたLC負荷ネットワーク(1323)を含むクラスE電力増幅器を含み、また前記LC負荷ネットワーク(1323)が分路コンデンサー(C1)および直列接続のコンデンサー(C2)およびオーム抵抗(RCoil)を持つインダクタ(L2)を含むものと、
−前記装置ハウジング(10)内に配置されたくぼみ(14)であって、前記くぼみ(14)が前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の少なくとも一部分を収容するような形状を持つ内部表面を持ち、前記くぼみ(14)が、前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の前記部分が前記くぼみ内に収容されると、前記LC負荷ネットワーク(1323)の前記インダクタ(L2)が動作時に前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の前記サセプタ(21)が誘導結合されるように配置されるものとを含む、誘導加熱装置。 - 装置が喫煙物品(2)のエアロゾル形成基体(20)を加熱するために構成されている、請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記装置が喫煙物品(2)のたばこを豊富に含む固体エアロゾル形成基体(20)を加熱するために構成されている、請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記DC電源(11)の前記DC供給電圧(VCC)が前記約2.5ボルト〜約4.5ボルトの範囲内であり、また前記DC電源(11)の前記DC供給アンペア数が前記約2.5アンペア〜約5アンペアの範囲内である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記電源回路(13)の総体積が2cm3以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- LC負荷ネットワーク(1323)のインダクタ(L2)が、長楕円形の形状を持つらせん状に巻かれた円筒形のインダクタコイル(r、l)を備え、約0.15cm3〜約1.10cm3の範囲の内部体積を画定し、また前記らせん状に巻かれた円筒形のインダクタコイルが前記くぼみ(14)の内部表面上かまたはそれに隣接して位置する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記装置ハウジング(10)が実質的に円筒形の形状を持ち、前記くぼみ(14)が前記装置ハウジング(10)の近位端に配置され、かつ前記DC電源(11)が前記装置ハウジング(10)の遠位端に配置され、また前記電源回路(13)が前記DC電源(11)および前記くぼみ(14)の間に配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記DC電源(11)が再充電可能DC電池を備えた、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記電源回路(13)がさらに、動作時に前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の前記サセプタ(21)の温度が前記サセプタ(21)のキュリー温度を超えた時に前記DC/ACインバータによるAC電力の生成を中断するようにプログラムされ、また前記サセプタ(21)の温度がこのキュリー温度よりも低く再び冷めた時にAC電力の生成を再開するようにプログラムされた、マイクロコントローラ(131)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記クラスE電力増幅器が、出力インピーダンスを持ち、また前記電源回路(13)がさらに前記クラスE電力増幅器の前記出力インピーダンスを低オーム負荷(1324)に整合するための整合ネットワーク(133)を備えた、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置(1)およびサセプタ(21)を備えるエアロゾル形成基体(20)を備えた誘導加熱システムであって、前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の少なくとも一部が、前記誘導加熱装置(1)の前記DC/ACインバータ(132)の前記LC負荷ネットワーク(1323)の前記インダクタ(L2)が動作時に前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の前記サセプタ(21)に誘導結合されるように前記誘導加熱装置(1)の前記くぼみ(14)内に収容される、誘導加熱システム。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)が喫煙物品(2)のエアロゾル形成基体である、請求項11に記載の誘導加熱システム。
- 前記喫煙物品(2)の前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)が、たばこを豊富に含む固体エアロゾル形成基体である、請求項12に記載の誘導加熱システム。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置(1)およびサセプタ(21)を備えるエアロゾル形成基体(20)を備えたキットであって、前記誘導加熱装置(1)および前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)が、動作時に、前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の少なくとも一部が、前記誘導加熱装置(1)の前記DC/ACインバータ(132)の前記LC負荷ネットワーク(1323)の前記インダクタ(L2)が前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)の前記サセプタ(21)に誘導結合されるように前記誘導加熱装置(1)の前記くぼみ(14)内に収容される、キット。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)が喫煙物品(2)のエアロゾル形成基体である、請求項14に記載のキット。
- 前記喫煙物品(20)の前記エアロゾル形成基体(20)が、たばこを豊富に含む固体エアロゾル形成基体である、請求項15に記載のキット。
- 誘導加熱システムの動作方法であって、前記方法が、
−DC供給電圧(VCC)を有するDC電源(11)を提供する工程と、
−高周波で動作するように構成された電源回路(13)を提供する工程であって、前記電源回路(13)が前記DC電源(132)に接続されたDC/ACインバータ(132)を備え、前記DC/ACインバータ(132)が、トランジスタスイッチ(1321)、トランジスタスイッチ駆動回路(1322)、および低オーム負荷(R)で動作するように構成されたLC負荷ネットワーク(1323)を含むクラスE電力増幅器を含み、ここで前記LC負荷ネットワーク(1323)が分路コンデンサー(C1)および直列接続のコンデンサー(C2)およびオーム抵抗(RCoil)を持つインダクタ(L2)を含むものと、
