Claims (22)
- モータ構成部品であって、モータと、交流(AC)電源によって給電される前記モータのための駆動回路とを備え、
前記モータは、ステータと、前記ステータに対して回転可能なロータとを備え、前記ステータは、ステータコアと、前記ステータコアに巻き付けたステータ巻線とを備え、
前記駆動回路は、集積回路と、前記集積回路に接続された制御可能な双方向交流スイッチとを備え、前記制御可能な双方向交流スイッチ及び前記ステータ巻線は、前記交流電源に接続するように構成された2つの端子間に直列に接続され、
整流器、検出回路及びスイッチ制御回路のうちの少なくとも2つが前記集積回路に統合され、前記整流器は、少なくとも前記検出回路に供給される直流(DC)電圧を発生するように構成され、前記検出回路は、前記ロータの磁界極性を検出するように構成され、
前記スイッチ制御回路は、前記制御可能な双方向交流スイッチを、前記交流電源の極性及び前記検出回路によって検出された前記永久磁石ロータの前記磁界極性に基づき制御して、オン状態とオフ状態との間で予め設定された方法にて切り換えるように構成される、ことを特徴とするモータ構成部品。 - 前記スイッチ制御回路は、前記交流電源が正の半周期にあり、前記ロータの前記磁界極性が第1の極性であることが前記検出回路によって検出される場合、又は前記交流電源が負の半周期にあり、前記ロータの前記磁界極性が第1の極性とは反対の第2の極性であることが前記検出回路によって検出される場合に、前記制御可能な双方向交流スイッチをオンするように構成される、請求項1に記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記駆動回路は、前記整流器に接続された電圧降下器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記整流器及び前記電圧降下器は、分岐を形成するために2つのノードにわたって接続され、前記制御可能な双方向交流スイッチは、前記分岐と並列に接続される、請求項1に記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記駆動回路は、前記直流電圧を安定させるように構成された電圧安定器をさらに備え、前記整流器、前記電圧降下器、前記電圧安定器、前記検出回路及び前記スイッチ制御回路は、前記集積回路に統合される、請求項3に記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記整流器は前記集積回路に統合され、前記電圧降下器は前記集積回路の外部に配置される、請求項3に記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記直流電圧を安定させるように構成された電圧安定器が、前記集積回路にさらに統合される、請求項6に記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記制御可能な双方向交流スイッチはトライアックである、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記検出回路は磁気センサを備え、前記集積回路は前記ロータの近くに設置され、前記磁気センサは、前記ロータの前記磁界極性及び前記磁界極性の変動を感知することができる、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記検出回路は磁気センサを備えない、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記駆動回路はマイクロプロセッサを備えない、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載のモータ構成部品。
- 該モータ構成部品はプリント基板(PCB)を備えない、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載のモータ構成部品。
- 前記モータは単相永久磁石式同期モータであり、前記ロータは少なくとも1つの永久磁石を備え、前記ステータと前記永久磁石ロータとの間に不均一な磁気回路が形成され、前記永久磁石ロータが停止している場合、前記永久磁石ロータの極軸線は、前記ステータの中央軸線に対して角度をなしてずれており、前記ロータは、前記ステータ巻線が通電された後の定常状態段階中は60f/prpmの一定回転速度で作動し、fは前記交流出力電源の周波数であり、pは前記ロータの極対の数である、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載のモータ構成部品。
- モータを駆動するための集積回路であって、ハウジングと、前記ハウジングから延び出たピンと、半導体基板に配置されたスイッチ制御回路とを備え、
前記半導体基板及び前記スイッチ制御回路は、前記ハウジング内にパッケージ化され、
前記スイッチ制御回路は、双方向交流スイッチを制御するための制御信号を発生するように構成され、前記モータの前記ロータの磁界極性に基づき前記双方向交流スイッチをオン又はオフして、前記モータのための通電モードを制御する、ことを特徴とする集積回路。 - 前記モータの前記ロータの磁界極性を検出するように構成された検出回路が、前記半導体基板にさらに統合される、請求項14に記載の集積回路。
- 前記検出回路に少なくとも供給される直流電圧を発生するように構成された整流器が、前記半導体基板にさらに統合される、請求項15に記載の集積回路。
- 前記直流電圧を安定させるように構成された電圧安定器が、前記半導体基板にさらに統合される、請求項16に記載の集積回路。
- 前記制御可能な双方向交流スイッチは、前記ハウジング内にパッケージ化される、請求項14に記載の集積回路。
- 前記集積回路はマイクロプロセッサを備えない、請求項14に記載の集積回路。
- 前記集積回路のピンの本数は4本よりも少ない、請求項14から19の何れか1つに記載の集積回路。
