Claims (11)
- 重ねて配置された2つの接触片(101,102,3,4)を有し、それら両接触片の間に発泡金属材(8,9,10,103)が介在する電気ヒューズ装置(100)。
- 請求項1記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)において、
前記発泡金属材(8,9,10,103)が、その溶融時に前記両接触片(3,4,101,102)間に電気的絶縁が生じるように設計された金属発泡体を形成している、電気ヒューズ装置。 - 請求項2記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)において、
前記金属発泡体が、前記両接触片(3,4,101,102)の一方の構成要素である、電気ヒューズ装置。 - 請求項2又は3記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)において、
前記金属発泡体(8,9,10,103)が、前記ヒューズ装置(1)を通る電流が予め定められた電流閾値を上回った際に溶融するように構成されている、電気ヒューズ装置。 - 請求項2から4の1つに記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)であって、重ねて配置された前記両接触片(3,4)の間に少なくとも1つの半導体素子(5,6,7)を有する電気的装置(1)内に設けられた、電気ヒューズ装置において、
前記半導体素子(5〜7)に前記金属発泡体(8〜10)が電気的な直列接続を成すように配置されており、前記直列接続は、前記金属発泡体(8〜10)の溶融によって分離可能である
ことを特徴とする電気ヒューズ装置。 - 請求項5記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)において、
前記電気的装置(1)が、さらにハウジング(2)を有し、前記両接触片(3,4)が、それぞれ前記ハウジングの一部を成している、電気ヒューズ装置。 - 請求項5又は6記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)において、
前記電気的装置(1)が、複数の半導体素子(5〜7)を含み、それらの半導体素子(5〜7)が、前記両接触片(3,4)間に並列して配設されており、かつ、各半導体素子(5〜7)には、1つの直列接続を形成するように1つの金属発泡体(8〜10)が配置されており、各直列接続は、その直列接続のために配置された金属発泡体(8〜10)の溶融によって分離可能である、電気ヒューズ装置。 - 請求項5から7の1つに記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)において、
前記金属発泡体(8〜10)が、前記半導体素子(5〜7)を通しての短絡発生時に溶融させられるように構成されている、電気ヒューズ装置。 - 請求項5から8の1つに記載の電気ヒューズ装置(100)において、
前記両接触片(3,4)と前記金属発泡体(8〜10)と前記半導体素子(5〜7)とが、互いに締付け構造によって機械的に締付固定されている、電気ヒューズ装置。 - 重ねて配置された2つの接触片(3,4)を有する電気ヒューズ装置(1)を通る電流を遮断するための方法であって、前記両接触片(3,4)の間に配置された発泡金属材が、予め定められた電流閾値を上回る電流値において溶融させられる、電気ヒューズ装置を通る電流を遮断するための方法。
- 請求項10記載の方法において、前記発泡金属材が、前記接触片(3,4)を通る電流によって溶融させられる、電気ヒューズ装置を通る電流を遮断するための方法。
