Abstract
Description
− 押出コーティングによる生産の間のチルロールに対する接着性、
− インフレーションフィルム成形によるフィルムの製造の間のフィルム開口の問題、
− 熱的ラミネーションの前、又はその間におけるリール操作中のインフレーションフィルム成形によって生産されたフィルム(これは、例えばフラットダイ、押出コーティング又はラミネーションによっても得られる)の粘着性及びスリップ性。
− 75重量%から99重量%の、エチレンと、不飽和エステル、好ましくは5%を超える酢酸ビニル含量を示すEVAとのコポリマーと、
− 5重量%から20重量%の、高い軟化点を有する粘着付与樹脂とを含む封止樹脂組成物が記載されている。
− 粘着付与樹脂の存在に関連する処理温度における熱安定性の問題、
− 加工の問題を克服するために必要な高度の添加(加工用添加剤、すなわち粘着防止剤及びスリップ剤の添加)に関連する透明性の喪失。これは、粘着付与樹脂の添加が剥離可能な封止樹脂配合物を非常に粘着性にし、その結果、押出コーティングにおけるチルロールに対する接着性の問題、又はインフレーションフィルム成形におけるフィルムの開口の問題を生じることによる。上述のように、これらの問題を克服することを目的として、高度の添加(加工用添加剤)が必要とされるが、この添加は組成物の透明性にとって有害であることが当業者に知られている。

粘着付与樹脂が組成物の重量の1.5%〜5%の間を示し、かつ前記添加剤が組成物の重量の0.5%〜3.5%の間を示すこと、及び、粘着防止剤が、加工用添加剤において、前記添加剤の少なくとも60重量%を示すことを特徴とする組成物に関する。
− 有利には、粘着付与樹脂は組成物の重量の3%〜4%の間を示す;
− 好ましくは、エチレンとアルキルアクリレートとのコポリマーにおけるアクリレート含量は、前記コポリマーの重量の15%〜30%の間である;
− 好ましくは、エチレンとアルキルアクリレートとのコポリマーは、エチレンとアクリル酸メチルとのコポリマーからなる;
− 本発明の特定の特徴によれば、上述のコポリマーのMFIは5g/10分〜15g/10分の間である(190℃、2.13kgにおいて);
− 有利には、加工用添加剤は組成物の1.5重量%〜2.5重量%の間で存在する。

本発明に従った、及び先行技術に従った組成の被検試料を、まったく同一の方法によって生成する。これは、カバー、すなわち試験組成物を含む多層を生成することを理由とする。これらのカバーは、Collin(登録商標)実験室ラインのアルミニウム上の共押出コーティングによって生成される。
剥離試験
剥離力は、異なる支持体上でカバー(上記を目的とした異なる被検試料)を封止した後に測定される。容器(特にポリスチレン、ポリエーテルテレフタレートなど)を呈するポリマーシートへのカバーの溶接は、AINPACK(登録商標)カバー封止装置(熱封機)を使用して行われる。クランプジョーの幅は3ミリメートル(mm)である。
封止条件は以下の通りである:

可変温度:130℃、160℃、180℃、200℃及び220℃
粘着性は、「プラスチック−フィルム及びシーティング−耐ブロッキング性の測定(Plastics -- Film and sheeting -- Determination of blocking resistance)」という標題のISO規格115−02に準拠して押出コーティングによる、50μm(マイクロメートル)の厚さを有する本発明又は先行技術に従った接着剤組成物の単層フィルム上で測定される。
静的及び動的摩擦係数は、「プラスチックフィルムおよびシーティングの静的及び動的摩擦係数についての標準試験法(Standard test method for static and kinetic coefficients of friction of plastic film and sheeting)」という標題のASTM規格D1894に準拠して押出コーティングによって生成された、50μmの厚さを有する本発明及び先行技術に従った接着剤組成物の単層フィルム上で測定される。
ヘイズは、「透明プラスチックのヘイズ及び視感透過率についての標準試験法(Standard test method for haze and luminous transmittance of transparent plastics)」という表題のASTM規格D−1003−007に準拠して押出コーティングによって生成された、50μmの厚さを有する本発明及び先行技術に従った接着剤組成物の単層フィルム上で測定される。
被検試料カバーの押出コーティングによる調製の間に、チルロールに対する接着性を評価する。カバーがチルロールの最上部で分離するほど、接着性が大きくなる。より具体的には、チルロール上に存在するフィルムを引っ張ることを意図した力が与えられ、フィルム引き抜きの容易性が測定される。この試験及びその結果である測定値を明確に把握するため、添付の図1は、個人がこの手順を明確に知っていることが明確に理解されるとしても、本試験及びその測定の原理を明確に理解可能にする。

Lotryl(登録商標)20MA08:アクリレート含量がコポリマーの20重量%であり、MFIが8g/10分(190℃、2.13kg)である、エチレン/アクリル酸メチル・コポリマー。以下に示す結果の表では、このLotryl(登録商標)はイニシャル20MA08で表される。
添加剤a:0.25% Er+0.25% EBS+0.5% タルク
添加剤b:0.5% Er+0.5% EBS+1% タルク
添加剤c:1% Er+1% EBS+2.5% タルク
接着性封止組成物はある特定の有利な特徴を示さなければならない。
− ヘイズは15未満、理想的には12以下でなくてはならない;
− 下記CRで示される、押出コーティングによる調製の間のチルロールに対する接着性は、低くなければならない(「−」で示される);
− フィルム開口の限界温度は、少なくとも100℃である;
− スリップ性についての動的係数及びスリップ性についての静的係数は少なくとも0.4でなくてはならない;
− 粘着性は少なくとも150グラムでなくてはならない。

Claims (10)
- 広い温度範囲内で、支持体に施すための押出コーティング法又は、性質が異なっていても異なっていなくてもよい幾つかの支持体を接着するための押出ラミネート法に使用可能な接着剤組成物であって、
− 91重量%から98重量%の、エチレンとアルキルアクリレートとのコポリマーの前記組成物;
− 少なくとも1つの粘着付与樹脂;
− 少なくとも1つの粘着防止剤及び1つのスリップ剤を含む加工用添加剤
を含み、粘着付与樹脂が組成物の重量の1.5%〜5%の間を示し、かつ前記添加剤が組成物の重量の0.5%〜3.5%の間を示すこと、及び、粘着防止剤が、加工用添加剤中、前記添加剤の少なくとも60重量%を示すことを特徴とする組成物。 - 粘着付与樹脂が、組成物の重量の3%〜4%の間を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- エチレンとアルキルアクリレートとのコポリマー中のアクリレート含量が、前記コポリマーの重量の15%〜30%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- エチレンとアルキルアクリレートとのコポリマーが、エチレンとアクリル酸メチルとのコポリマーからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 上述のコポリマーのMFIが、5g/10分〜15g/10分の間(190℃、2.13kgで)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 加工用添加剤が、前記組成物の1.5重量%〜2.5重量%の間で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 加工用添加剤が、少なくとも1つの粘着防止剤及び少なくとも1つのスリップ剤のみからなり、粘着防止剤が前記添加剤の少なくとも70重量%を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 上述のコポリマー、上述の粘着付与樹脂及び前記加工用添加剤のみからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 厚さが10〜20マイクロメートル(μm)の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物からなる封止フィルム。
- 少なくとも2つのフィルムを含む多層構造体であって、そのうちの1つが請求項9に記載されるものであり、第2のフィルムが、アルミニウム、紙又は板材、セロファン、フィルムであって、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)又はポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)樹脂をベースとしたフィルムから選択され、これらのフィルムは配向していても配向していなくてもよく、金属化されていても金属化されていなくてもよく、かつ、物理的に又は化学的に処理されていても処理されていなくてもよく、フィルムはポリエステル(PET SiOx又はAlOx)などの薄い無機の障壁層でコーティングされていることを特徴とする、多層構造体。
