Claims (15)
- 複層ガラス板絶縁グレージングユニットに用いられるスペーサ(1)であって、少なくとも、
互いに平行に延在する2つのガラス板接触面(3.1,3.2)と、グレージングユニット内室面(4)と、接着面(5)とを有するポリマー製の基体(2)であって、前記ガラス板接触面(3.1,3.2)と前記接着面(5)とは、直接にまたは結合面(6.1,6.2)を介して互いに結合されている、ポリマー製の基体(2)と、
少なくとも前記接着面(5)に取り付けられた絶縁フィルム(10)であって、該絶縁フィルム(10)は、前記接着面(5)に面する、1μm〜20μmの厚さを有する金属含有バリア層(12)を有し、前記絶縁フィルム(10)は、5μm〜80μmの厚さを有するポリマー層(13)と、該ポリマー層(13)に接している、5nm〜30nmの厚さを有する金属含有薄層(14)とを有する、絶縁フィルム(10)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、複層ガラス板絶縁グレージングユニットに用いられるスペーサ(1)。 - 前記絶縁フィルム(10)は、前記金属含有バリア層(12)と、前記ポリマー層(13)と、前記金属含有薄層(14)とから成る、請求項1記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記金属含有薄層(14)が外側に位置し、したがって、前記絶縁フィルム(10)における層の順序は、前記接着面(5)を起点として、前記金属含有バリア層(12)、前記ポリマー層(13)、前記金属含有薄層(14)である、請求項1または2記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記ポリマー層(13)が外側に位置し、したがって、前記絶縁フィルム(10)における層の順序は、前記接着面(5)を起点として、前記金属含有バリア層(12)、前記金属含有薄層(14)、前記ポリマー層(13)である、請求項1または2記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記絶縁フィルム(10)は、前記接着面(5)と前記結合面(6.1,6.2)を完全に覆い、前記ガラス板接触面(3.1,3,2)を部分的に覆う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記金属含有バリア層(12)は、アルミニウム、銀、銅および/またはこれらの合金を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記金属含有バリア層(12)は、5μm〜10μm、好適には6μm〜9μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記金属含有薄層(14)は、10nm〜20nm、好適には14nm〜16nmの厚さを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記絶縁フィルム(10)は、ポリウレタン系溶融接着剤(11)を介して、前記接着面(5)と接着されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記ポリマー層(13)は、5μm〜24μm、好適には12μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記ポリマー製の基体(2)は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、好適にはアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、アクリルエステル−スチレン−アクリロニトリル(ASA)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン−ポリカーボネート(ABS/PC)、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)、PET/PC、PBT/PCおよび/またはこれらのコポリマーまたは混合物を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 前記ポリマー製の基体(2)は、ガラス繊維強化されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)。
- 絶縁グレージングユニットであって、
少なくとも2枚のガラス板(15,16)と、
該ガラス板(15,16)の間で前記ガラス板(15,16)の縁領域に周に沿って配置された、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)と、
シール剤(18)と、
外側のシーリング層(17)と、
を備え、
−第1のガラス板(15)は、第1のガラス板接触面(3.1)に当接し、
−第2のガラス板(16)は、第2のガラス板接触面(3.2)に当接し、
−前記第1のガラス板(15)と前記第1のガラス板接触面(3.1)との間に、かつ前記第2のガラス板(16)と前記第2のガラス板接触面(3.2)との間に前記シール剤(18)が取り付けられており、
−前記第1のガラス板(15)と前記第2のガラス板(16)との間で、絶縁フィルム(10)に接して、外縁室(20)に、前記外側のシーリング層(17)が取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする、絶縁グレージングユニット。 - 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)を製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
−ポリマー製の基体(2)を押出成形する、ステップと、
−少なくとも、
a)ポリマー層(13)に、PVD(物理気相成長)プロセスを用いて、金属含有薄層(14)を設け、
b)得られた層構造に金属含有バリア層(12)を積層する、
ことにより、絶縁フィルム(10)を製作する、ステップと、
−該絶縁フィルム(10)を、前記ポリマー製の基体(2)に取り付ける、ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする、スペーサ(1)を製造する方法。 - 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のスペーサ(1)を多重グレージングユニットに、好適には絶縁グレージングユニットに使用する、スペーサ(1)の使用。
