Abstract
Description
Si付着量;金属箔の接合面側のSi量を、予め既知濃度で作成した検量線を用いて測定し、蛍光エックス線の読み取り値から、100mm□当たりの付着量値に換算して表1に記載した。
Claims (5)
- フッ素系樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂、液晶ポリマー系樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂のいずれかからなるフィルム基材の接合面に、金属箔を接合してなる積層体を製造するための方法であって、
前記金属箔の接合面に表面処理を施して低粗度の粗化処理面とすると共に、
前記フィルム基材の接合面に対し真空プラズマ処理を施し、
前記フィルム基材と前記金属箔とを熱融着により接合することを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。 - 前記金属箔の粗化処理面に対しても、真空プラズマ処理が施された上で、前記フィルム基材との接合が行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 前記金属箔の粗化処理面の最外表面に、シランカップリング剤による被膜形成処理が行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 前記シランカップリング剤は、エポキシ系、アミノ系、ビニル系、クリロキシ系の少なくとも1種類以上が用いられ、前記被膜中のSi含有量は、0.008mg/dm2 以下であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の積層体の製造方法。
- フッ素系樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂、液晶ポリマー系樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂のいずれかからなるフィルム基材の接合面に、低粗度の粗化処理面を有する金属箔を接合してなる積層体であって、
前記フィルム基材の接合面は、真空プラズマ処理が施されたプラズマ処理面とされ、そのプラズマ処理面と前記金属箔の粗化処理面とが熱融着により接合されていることを特徴とする積層体。
