Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 内側壁厚又は第1の側壁厚を画定する内側壁又は第1の側壁と、外側壁厚又は第2の側壁厚を画定する外側壁又は第2の側壁と、後壁厚を画定する後壁と、前壁厚を画定する前壁とを有する中実フレームと、
前記中実フレーム内に配置された多孔性内層であって、露出した上面び露出した下面を有する多孔性内層と、
上−下方向に延在する第1の内部空洞であって、前記多孔性内層及び前記中実フレームによって画定される第1の内部空洞と、
を備える脊椎インプラントであって、
前記中実フレームは、前記上面及び前記下面を超えて前記内側壁から前記外側壁に延在する1つ又は複数のリブを有し、多孔性後壁厚及び多孔性前壁厚は、それぞれ、前記後壁厚及び前記前壁厚よりも小さくなっており、多孔性内側壁厚及び多孔性外側壁厚は、それぞれ、前記内側壁厚及び前記外側壁厚よりも大きくなっている、脊椎インプラント。 - 前記脊椎インプラントは、2つ以上の内部空洞を有し、各空洞は、上−下方向に延在し、前記多孔性内層及び前記中実フレームによって画定されている、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記脊椎インプラントは、上−下方向に延在して前記多孔性内層及び前記中実フレームによって画定される第2の内部空洞を有し、クロスバーが内側−外側に延在し、前記2つの空洞を分離しており、前記クロスバーは、前記中実フレームによって画定され、前記第1及び第2の空洞間に流体連通を可能にする窓を備えている、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記窓は、前記多孔性内層によって画定されている、請求項3に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記外側壁厚及び前記内側壁厚は、少なくとも0.25mmである、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記外側壁厚及び前記内側壁厚は、前−後方向に沿って変化しており、前記壁厚は、前端及び後端において最大値を有し、前記前端と前記後端との間において最小値を有している、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記リブは、三角形断面を有し、前記三角形断面の頂点は、前記脊椎インプラントから離れる方に延在している、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記リブは、第1及び第2の椎体の椎体終板に係合し、脊椎インプラントを前記椎体間に固定するようになっている、請求項7に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記脊椎インプラントは、内側−外側方向に延在する1つ又は複数の空洞を有している、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記前壁及び前記後壁は、外科用挿入工具に係合する少なくとも1つの孔を備えている、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記前壁及び前記後壁は、前記内部空洞と流体連通する少なくとも1つの孔を備えている、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記中実フレームは、金属である、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記金属は、チタンである、請求項12に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 前記多孔性内層は、400μmから500μmの間の平均孔径を有している、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
- 内側壁、外側壁、後壁、及び前壁を有する中実フレームと、
前記中実フレーム内に配置された多孔性内層であって、露出した上面及び露出した下面を有する多孔性内層と、
を備える脊椎インプラントであって、
前記中実フレームは、前記上面及び前記下面を超えて前記内側壁から前記外側壁に延在する1つ又は複数のリブを有している、脊椎インプラント。
