Abstract

【課題】氷入り飲料を収納した場合でも、氷が氷流出阻止部に引っ掛からず、飲料をスムーズに流出することができる携帯用飲料容器を提供する。【解決手段】飲料容器本体と蓋体２とを、備え、蓋体２が、飲料容器本体の内部から外部へ飲料を流出させるための円筒状飲み口３を有し、飲み口３に、飲料容器本体に氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた際に氷が外部へ流出するのを阻止する氷流出阻止部４を、有する携帯用飲料容器に於て、氷流出阻止部４が、中央軸心から放射状に配設された３枚以上の板片部５を有する。中央軸心とその近傍を含む中央部６において氷流出阻止部４が飲料収納空間内へ突出状である。板片部５の下方端縁線７が中央部６からラジアル外方へ向かって上傾状の曲線状ないし直線状に形成されて、飲料容器本体１を傾けた際、氷をラジアル外方へ誘導するように構成する。【選択図】図２

Description

本発明は、携帯用飲料容器に関する。
従来の携帯用飲料容器として、飲料容器の蓋に円筒状飲み口が設けられているものが公知である。そして、飲料容器に、飲料と氷を収納した場合に氷が飲み口から外部へ流出することを防止するために、飲み口に氷流出阻止部を設けたものも公知である（例えば、図10，特許文献１参照）。

図10記載の飲料容器は、氷流出阻止部30の下方端縁線31が、飲み口32の内側に収まるように（飲料収納空間内へ非突出状に）設けられていたので、飲料とともに氷を収納した場合、図11に示すように、氷Ｅが氷流出阻止部30に引掛かり、飲料の流れを阻害するという欠点があった。また、図12に示すように、板片部33は、下方端縁線31が紙面と同一面上に存在する（紙面手前へ突出していない）ので、飲料容器本体（図示省略）に氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた際に、氷Ｅが飲み口32基端の孔部34を塞ぎ、飲料の（スムーズな）流れを阻害する虞れがある。特許文献１記載の飲料容器も、同様の欠点がある。そこで、本発明は、氷入り飲料を収納した場合でも、氷が氷流出阻止部に引っ掛からず、飲料をスムーズに流出することができる携帯用飲料容器を提供することを目的とする。
そこで、本発明に係る携帯用飲料容器は、飲料容器本体と蓋体とを、備え、上記蓋体が、飲料容器本体の内部から外部へ飲料を流出させるための円筒状飲み口を有し、該飲み口に、上記飲料容器本体に氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた際に氷が外部へ流出するのを阻止する氷流出阻止部を、有する携帯用飲料容器に於て、該氷流出阻止部が、中央軸心から放射状に配設された３枚以上の板片部を有し、上記中央軸心とその近傍を含む中央部において上記氷流出阻止部が上記飲料収納空間内へ突出状であって、上記板片部の下方端縁線が上記中央部からラジアル外方へ向かって上傾状の曲線状ないし直線状に形成されて、上記飲料容器本体を傾けた際、氷をラジアル外方へ誘導するように構成したものである。
本発明の携帯用飲料容器によれば、氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた場合でも、氷が氷流出阻止部のラジアル外方へ誘導され、（氷が流れの邪魔とならず）飲料をスムーズに流出することができる。また、子供や高齢者等が、氷を喉に詰めることを防止できる。

以下、図示の実施の形態に基づいて本発明を詳説する。
図１・図２は、本発明の第１の実施の形態を示す。この携帯用飲料容器は、飲料容器本体１と飲料容器本体１の上端部１ａに螺合する蓋体２とを、備える。蓋体２が、飲料容器本体１の内部から外部へ飲料を流出させるための円筒状飲み口３を有する。飲み口３に、飲料容器本体１に氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた際に氷Ｅ（図３〜図５参照）が外部へ流出するのを阻止する氷流出阻止部４を、有する。
氷流出阻止部４が、中央軸心Ｌから放射状に配設された３枚以上８枚以下の板片部５を有する。具体的には、氷流出阻止部４が、４枚の板片部５を有する。中央軸心Ｌとその近傍を含む中央部６において氷流出阻止部４が飲料収納空間Ｓ内へ突出状であって、板片部５の下方端縁線７が中央部６からラジアル外方へ向かって上傾状の曲線状ないし直線状に形成されて、飲料容器本体１を傾けた際、図３・図４の矢印Ｙ方向に示すように、氷Ｅをラジアル外方へ誘導するように構成される。なお、図４は、上下逆にした状態を示す。
次に、氷流出阻止部４の別の作用について説明する。図５に示すように、蓋体２（図１・図２参照）の底面視に於て、板片部５は、紙面手前へ突出状である。飲料容器本体１（図１参照）に氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた際に、氷Ｅが板片部５に当接して中央部６近傍に隙間Ｇが残され、隙間Ｇから飲料がスムーズに流出する。
図６は、氷流出阻止部４の変形例を示す。板片部５の下方端縁線７が中央部６からラジアル外方へ向かってラジアル外方上傾状の曲線状（円弧状）に形成される。図７は、氷流出阻止部４の他の変形例を示す。板片部５の下方端縁線７が中央部６からラジアル外方へ向かってラジアル外方上傾状の直線状に形成される。
図８は、第２の実施の形態を示す。氷流出阻止部４が、放射状に配設された３枚の板片部５を有する。その他の構成は、第１の実施の形態と同様である。
図９は、第３の実施の形態を示す。氷流出阻止部４が、放射状に配設された６枚の板片部５を有する。その他の構成は、第１の実施の形態と同様である。
なお、本発明は、設計変更可能であって、例えば、氷流出阻止部４の板片部５は、増減自由である。
以上のように、本発明は、飲料容器本体１と蓋体２とを、備え、上記蓋体２が、飲料容器本体１の内部から外部へ飲料を流出させるための円筒状飲み口３を有し、該飲み口３に、上記飲料容器本体１に氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた際に氷Ｅが外部へ流出するのを阻止する氷流出阻止部４を、有する携帯用飲料容器に於て、該氷流出阻止部４が、中央軸心から放射状に配設された３枚以上の板片部５を有し、上記中央軸心Ｌとその近傍を含む中央部６において上記氷流出阻止部４が上記飲料収納空間Ｓ内へ突出状であって、上記板片部５の下方端縁線７が上記中央部６からラジアル外方へ向かって上傾状の曲線状ないし直線状に形成されて、上記飲料容器本体１を傾けた際、氷Ｅをラジアル外方へ誘導するように構成したので、氷入り飲料を収納した場合、氷Ｅが氷流出阻止部４に引っ掛からず、飲料をスムーズに流出することができる。また、氷流出阻止部４によって、飲料の流出と空気の流入が分離されて、飲料の流出がスムーズになる。また、子供や高齢者等が、氷Ｅを喉に詰めることを防止できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 飲料容器本体（１）と蓋体（２）とを、備え、
    上記蓋体（２）が、飲料容器本体（１）の内部から外部へ飲料を流出させるための円筒状飲み口（３）を有し、該飲み口（３）に、上記飲料容器本体（１）に氷入り飲料を収納して傾けた際に氷（Ｅ）が外部へ流出するのを阻止する氷流出阻止部（４）を、有する携帯用飲料容器に於て、
    該氷流出阻止部（４）が、中央軸心から放射状に配設された３枚以上の板片部（５）を有し、上記中央軸心（Ｌ）とその近傍を含む中央部（６）において上記氷流出阻止部（４）が上記飲料収納空間（Ｓ）内へ突出状であって、上記板片部（５）の下方端縁線（７）が上記中央部（６）からラジアル外方へ向かって上傾状の曲線状ないし直線状に形成されて、上記飲料容器本体（１）を傾けた際、氷（Ｅ）をラジアル外方へ誘導するように構成したことを特徴とする携帯用飲料容器。
