Abstract
【解決手段】露出している導体7の一部に接合部位3が所定の長さにわたって形成されている電線9と、ワイヤバレル部13を備え、このワイヤバレル部13が接合部位3の少なくとも一部を覆っている端子15とを有し、接合部位3には、導体7の応力を低減するための荷重逃がし部17が設けられている。

Claims (6)
- 長手方向の一部で、所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで導体が露出しており、この露出している導体の一部に、前記導体の素線同士が接合されている接合部位が、所定の長さにわたって形成されている電線と、
ワイヤバレル部を備え、このワイヤバレル部が前記接合部位の少なくとも一部を覆っている端子と、
を有し、前記接合部位には、前記導体の応力を低減するための荷重逃がし部が設けられていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項1に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記荷重逃がし部は、前記接合部位の、長手方向の少なくとも一方の端部に設けられており、前記荷重逃がし部では、前記接合部位の端に向かうにしたがって、前記接合部位の径が次第に大きくなっていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 長手方向の一部で、所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで導体が露出しており、この露出している導体の一部に、前記導体の素線同士が接合されている接合部位が、所定の長さにわたって形成されている電線と、
ワイヤバレル部を備え、このワイヤバレル部が前記接合部位の少なくとも一部を覆っている端子と、
を有し、前記接合部位の端部は、前記接合部位の端に向かうにしたがって、前記接合部位の径が次第に大きくなっていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線において、
複数本の前記電線に1つの前記端子が設置されていることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 長手方向の一部で、所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで導体が露出しており、この露出している導体の長手方向の少なくとも一部に、前記導体の素線同士が接合されている接合部位を形成する接合部位形成工程と、
ワイヤバレル部を備えた端子を、前記ワイヤバレル部が前記接合部位形成工程で形成された接合部位の少なくとも一部を覆うように前記電線に設置する端子設置工程と、
を有し、前記接合部位形成工程で形成された接合部位の長手方向の長手方向の少なくとも一方の端部には、前記導体の応力を低減するための荷重逃がし部が設けられていることを特徴とする端子付き電線の製造方法。 - 長手方向の一部で、所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで導体が露出しており、この露出している導体の長手方向の少なくとも一部に、前記導体の素線同士が接合されている接合部位が形成されている電線であって、
前記接合部位の端部は、前記接合部位の端に向かうにしたがって、径が次第に大きくなっていることを特徴とする電線。
