Claims (2)
- フライホイールの外周にテコの原理を利用する為ギアの設置を有する、ギア付フライホイール(1)のギアとギア付高回転小電力モータ(4)のギアを噛み合わせる、ギア付フライホイール(1)の目標設定回転数まで発電機(3)とギア付高回転小電力モータ(4)で外部電力を入力してギア付フライホイール(1)を目標設定回転数にする、ギア付フライホイール(1)が目標設定回転数に到達時には発電機(3)の外部電力の入力を切りコンバーター(6)を介してバッテリー(5)に充電する、ギア付フライホイール(1)の回転を止める事無く設定回転数維持しで回転し続けます
- ギア付フライホイール(1)は設定回転数維持しで回転し続けますのでギア付フライホイール(1)と発電機(3)の間にクラッチ付変速機(2)で発電機(3)に入力する回転数を制御します
