上記複数の封止区分の各封止区分の内縁部が、V字形を画定する、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の外科用アクセスアセンブリ。

上記V字形が、約180度〜約275度の角度を含む、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の外科用アクセスアセンブリ。

上記複数の封止区分が、第1、第2、第3、および第4の封止区分を含み、上記第1、第2、第3、および第4の封止区分の各々が、隣接する上記第2、第3、第4、および第1の封止区分と重なり合う、上記項目のいずれか一項に記載の外科用アクセスアセンブリ。

(摘要)
外科用アクセスアセンブリは、器具バルブハウジングと、器具バルブハウジングの空洞内に配設されたバルブアセンブリと、を含む。バルブアセンブリは、ガードアセンブリと、ガードアセンブリに隣接して配設された封止アセンブリと、封止アセンブリおよびにガードアセンブリを器具バルブの空洞内で中心に維持するためのセンタリング機構と、を含む。封止アセンブリは、マルチペタル封止部材ならびに上部および下部支持部材を含む。上部および下部支持部材は、その間にマルチペタル封止部材を挟んで、マルチペタル封止部材を通る漏れを低減および/または排除する。
Claims (19)
- 外科用アクセスアセンブリであって、
上部、下部、および内部ハウジング区分を含み、かつ空洞を画定する、器具バルブハウジングと、
前記器具バルブハウジングの前記空洞内に配設されたバルブアセンブリであって、
複数のガード区分を含むガードアセンブリと、
前記ガードアセンブリに隣接して配設された封止アセンブリであって、前記封止アセンブリが、複数の封止区分ならびに上部および下部支持部材を含み、前記複数の封止区分は、展開構成から、前記封止アセンブリが、外科用器具の封止された通路を容易にするための開口部を画定する八角形部材を形成する、折り畳み構成に移動可能であり、前記上部および下部支持部材が、前記複数の封止区分のそれぞれの近位側および遠位側に配設され、かつ前記複数の封止区分の周りで圧縮されて、それらの間に前記複数の封止区分を挟む、封止アセンブリと、
