Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、機能層(6)内に、膨張可能な中空微小球(4)が、好ましくは均一の分布で導入される、内側又は外側の有効層(3)を有する柔軟な平面要素(1)を製造するための方法に関する。有効層(3)に、少なくとも1つの付加的な耐圧層(5)が解離可能に取り付けられる。熱的エネルギー供給により、中空微小球(4)は、好ましくは均等に、膨張温度超の温度に加熱され、膨張させられ、中空微小球(4)の膨張は、耐圧層(5)の耐圧特性によって制限される。この場合、有効層(3)の材料厚さ(D)は、膨張によって減少し、表面の品質は、実質的に改善される。耐圧層は、最後に、有効層(3)から除去される。

なお、本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に関するものであるが、他の態様として以下も包含し得る。
1.熱可塑性、熱硬化性及び/又はエラストマーの少なくとも1つの有効層(3)を有する柔軟な平面要素(1)を製造するための方法であって、有効層(3)及び/又は機能層(6)内に、膨張可能な中空微小球(4)が、好ましくは均一の分布で導入され、有効層(3)に、少なくとも1つの付加的な耐圧層(5)が解離可能に取り付けられ、次いで、平面要素(1)の少なくとも1つの処理すべき部分が、熱的エネルギー供給によって好ましくは均等に、中空微小球(4)の膨張温度範囲内の温度に加熱され、これにより、少なくとも、処理すべき部分に含まれた中空微小球(4)が、少なくとも部分的に膨張させられる、及び/又は、既に部分膨張させられた中空微小球(4)が更に膨張させられ、中空微小球(4)の膨張が、耐圧層(5)の耐圧特性によって制限され、この耐圧層が、次いで、有効層(3)から少なくとも部分的に除去されること、を特徴とする方法。
2.耐圧層(5)が、主な材料成分として、特にポリエステルから成るフィルムを備えること、を特徴とする上記1に記載の方法。
3.耐圧層(5)が、特に二軸方向に予備延伸されたフィルムを備えること、を特徴とする上記1又は2に記載の方法。
4.耐圧層(5)が、加熱前及び/又は加熱中に局部的又は部分的に除去及び/又は改質されること、を特徴とする上記1~3の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
5.有効層(3)上に、複数の、特に異なる耐圧層(5)が取り付けられること、を特徴とする上記1~4の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
6.有効層(3)の材料厚さ(D)が、中空微小球(4)の膨張により材料厚さ(d)に減少されること、を特徴とする上記1~5の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
7.耐圧層(5)を経る放射線(7)のエネルギーが、平面要素(1)の有効層(3)及び/又は機能層(6)の互いに区切られた異なる領域及び/又は異なる横断面レベルに選択的に異なるように、特に異なるパラメータで作用し、これにより、中空微小球(4)が、平面要素(1)の異なる領域及び横断面レベル内で異なるように膨張させられること、を特徴とする上記1~6の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
8.エネルギー入力が、特に赤外線スペクトル(IR)内の電磁放射線(7)によって達成され、特に、少なくとも有効層(3)の個々の領域及び/又は横断面レベルが加熱され、耐圧層(5)が少なくとも実質的に放射線(7)によって加熱なく貫通されるように、設定されること、を特徴とする上記1~7の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
9.耐圧層(5)に対して平面要素(1)の中空微小球を膨張させ、次いで少なくとも耐圧層(5)を局部的に除去することによって製造された、膨張させられた少なくとも1つの有効層(3)を有する柔軟な平面要素(1)。
10.少なくとも1つの耐圧層(5)が、切除部又は穿孔部を備えること、を特徴とする上記9に記載の平面要素(1)。
Claims (10)
- 熱可塑性、熱硬化性及び/又はエラストマーの少なくとも1つの有効層(3)を有する柔軟な平面要素(1)を製造するための方法であって、有効層(3)及び/又は機能層(6)内に、膨張可能な中空微小球(4)が、好ましくは均一の分布で導入され、有効層(3)に、少なくとも1つの付加的な耐圧層(5)が解離可能に取り付けられ、次いで、平面要素(1)の少なくとも1つの処理すべき部分が、熱的エネルギー供給によって好ましくは均等に、中空微小球(4)の膨張温度範囲内の温度に加熱され、これにより、少なくとも、処理すべき部分に含まれた中空微小球(4)が、少なくとも部分的に膨張させられる、及び/又は、既に部分膨張させられた中空微小球(4)が更に膨張させられ、中空微小球(4)の膨張が、耐圧層(5)の耐圧特性によって制限され、この耐圧層が、次いで、有効層(3)から少なくとも部分的に除去されること、を特徴とする方法。
- 耐圧層(5)が、主な材料成分として、特にポリエステルから成るフィルムを備えること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 耐圧層(5)が、特に二軸方向に予備延伸されたフィルムを備えること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 耐圧層(5)が、加熱前及び/又は加熱中に局部的又は部分的に除去及び/又は改質されること、を特徴とする請求項1~3の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 有効層(3)上に、複数の、特に異なる耐圧層(5)が取り付けられること、を特徴とする請求項1~4の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 有効層(3)の材料厚さ(D)が、中空微小球(4)の膨張により材料厚さ(d)に減少されること、を特徴とする請求項1~5の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 耐圧層(5)を経る放射線(7)のエネルギーが、平面要素(1)の有効層(3)及び/又は機能層(6)の互いに区切られた異なる領域及び/又は異なる横断面レベルに選択的に異なるように、特に異なるパラメータで作用し、これにより、中空微小球(4)が、平面要素(1)の異なる領域及び横断面レベル内で異なるように膨張させられること、を特徴とする請求項1~6の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- エネルギー入力が、特に赤外線スペクトル(IR)内の電磁放射線(7)によって達成され、特に、少なくとも有効層(3)の個々の領域及び/又は横断面レベルが加熱され、耐圧層(5)が少なくとも実質的に放射線(7)によって加熱なく貫通されるように、設定されること、を特徴とする請求項1~7の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 耐圧層(5)に対して平面要素(1)の中空微小球を膨張させ、次いで少なくとも耐圧層(5)を局部的に除去することによって製造された、膨張させられた少なくとも1つの有効層(3)を有する柔軟な平面要素(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの耐圧層(5)が、切除部又は穿孔部を備えること、を特徴とする請求項9に記載の平面要素(1)。
