For example, the remote monitoring device (3a) makes a connection when dialing and communicating, and connects the line to the modem (31). At the time of incoming call waiting, the line breaks and connects the line to the incoming call detection circuit (32) side. The relay contact S for line closing and the DC communication via the transformer T perform data communication with the line to transmit data to the CPU (33). The modem (31) and the CPU (33) are insulated from each other and detect the calling signal from the line, and the CPU (33)
And an elevator transmission interface (34) between the CPU (33) for controlling each component and the elevator. Incidentally, C is a capacitor which is added to the incoming call detection circuit (32), L 1, L 2 are connected lines connected to the telephone line side, T 1, T 2 are successively connected in series next remote monitoring device to the telephone line It is a line to do.

Therefore, the call answering function does not operate properly when a plurality of call receivers are installed, and the capacity of the capacitor C added to the call detection circuit (32) increases when viewed from the station when a plurality of the call receivers are connected. There was a problem that the number of connected devices was limited due to restrictions.

Each device is connected in parallel via the connection control relay contact, and each device,
A transmission interface for performing inter-device communication via a dedicated transmission line and a remote monitoring device connected to the telephone line via the line connection control relay contact only to give outgoing and incoming monitoring rights to other remote monitoring devices. In the case of an incoming call, notification and transfer control are performed via the dedicated transmission line, and at the time of a call request from any other remote monitoring device via the dedicated transmission line, each of the line connection control relay contacts is controlled. Controlling the remote monitoring device having the current outgoing right and incoming call monitoring right to release the current outgoing right and incoming call monitoring right, and giving the current outgoing right and incoming call monitoring right to the remote monitoring device requesting the outgoing call Means.

Each device is connected in parallel, and each device has a transmission right for only a transmission interface that performs inter-device communication via a dedicated transmission line and a remote monitoring device connected to the telephone line via the above-mentioned line connection control relay contact. And, in the case of an incoming call from another remote device, notify and control the transfer via the dedicated transmission line, and at the time of a calling request from any other remote monitoring device via the dedicated transmission line. The above-mentioned line connection control relay contacts are controlled to let the remote monitoring device having the current transmission right and the incoming call monitoring right release the current transmission right and the incoming call monitoring right. Since a control means for providing a current outgoing right and terminating monitoring right above Te, one of the remote monitoring device to the master unit, the slave unit to another remote monitoring device,
The right to send and receive calls can now be given to only one of the remote monitoring devices that has become the master unit, and even if multiple remote monitoring devices are connected to the telephone line, smooth communication between centers can be maintained. Only one incoming call detection circuit is connected to the telephone line, and any number of incoming call detection circuits can be connected without being limited by the capacity of the law.

Since the data is collected and transmitted to the center device, even if a plurality of remote monitoring devices are installed in the building, only one call is required to check the status from the center device. As a result, the call charge is reduced and the use efficiency of the center device can be improved.

A remote monitoring system comprising: a plurality of remote monitoring devices having outgoing and incoming call detection functions connected to a center device via the same telephone line; Each device is connected in parallel to each other, and each device is connected only to a transmission interface that performs inter-device communication via a dedicated transmission line and to a remote monitoring device connected to a telephone line via the line connection control relay contact. The right to send and the right to monitor incoming calls are given, and in the case of an incoming call from another remote monitoring device, notification and transfer control are performed via the dedicated transmission line, and transmission from any other remote monitoring device is performed via the dedicated transmission line. When an outgoing call is requested, each of the above-mentioned line connection control relay contacts is controlled so that the remote monitoring device having the current outgoing right and incoming call monitoring right is released from the current outgoing right and incoming call monitoring right. Remote monitoring system is characterized in that a control means for providing the current outgoing right and terminating monitoring rights to request for a remote monitoring device.
