To each end of the wire 5 from outside. Also, after each tip of an electrode rod 6 (a conductor having a strength and a thickness that can be called a rod), which is a wiring from the equipment side, is screwed into a predetermined connection hole at a lower portion of the electrode support portion 2 and then from the side direction. Secured with screws to prevent rotation and falling off. Further, the electrode support portion 2 is positioned on the upper portion of the fixing member 1 (overlapping with the electrode rod 6 inserted into the fixing member 1),
The electrode support 2 is fixed to the fixing member 1 with screws. Then
As shown in FIG. 7, after engaging a claw (not shown) provided on an inner peripheral portion of the cover 3 with a hole 2 a provided on a side surface of the electrode support 2, the cover 3 is connected to the electrode support 2. , The installation is completed. An electrode support having a built-in terminal to which a rod and a wire for supplying power from the outside are connected, and an opening in the electrode support;
And a cover that covers the opening.
With the power supply wire connected to the terminal of the electrode support , the cover is mounted on the opening of the electrode support,
The bonding surface is welded or adhered to the electrode support and the electrode support.
It has a structure in which the cover and the mold are integrated.
Further, a coupler for connecting an end of a pipe into which the power supply wire is inserted is formed on a side wall of the electrode support so as to protrude from a lead-out portion of the power supply wire in the electrode support. Can be kept.

The electrode support and the cover are integrated in a mold state. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water or the like from intruding into the electrode support from the outside, and to prevent an accident such as a short circuit from occurring. In the case where the electrode support portion and the cover portion are both made of a resin material, the heat applied to the bonding surface (opposing surface) by the heating means welds the bonding surface and seals the bonding surface. Stop and integration are performed. In the case of resin materials and other materials, sealing and integration of the bonding surfaces are performed by adhesion. In particular, originally

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing an installation order. FIG. 4 is a front view showing a working example of the electrode support according to the present invention. FIG.
As shown in the figure, an electrode support 8 according to the present invention connects a plurality of wires 9 (vinyl-coated wires or the like) cut in advance to a predetermined length (for example, several meters) in a factory or the like to a terminal portion in the electrode support. Thereafter, the bonding surface between the electrode support and the cover shown in FIG. 5 is welded by a heating means or bonded with a resin adhesive or the like to achieve a structure in which integration and sealing are achieved. FIG. 1 shows a state after the electrode support and the cover are integrated.

That is, after the installation of the electrode support is completed, the wire 9 is inserted into the pipe (shown in FIG. 4). In order to connect the end of the pipe to the electrode support 8, a threadless pipe connection coupler 10 is used. Are projected from the side surface of the electrode support. Conventionally, the electrode support part 2, the cover 3, and the wire 5 were separately brought to a construction site (installation site) as separate components and assembled in a specified order. On the other hand, according to the present invention, these are integrally assembled in advance and further brought into a construction site after being made into a sealing structure (for this reason, the wire 9 is cut in advance to a necessary minimum length). ), The connection of the wire rods and the work of attaching the cover only need to be performed by attaching the electrode support 8.

Due to the structure, the sealability was poor, and water and the like easily entered. On the other hand, in the present invention, the wire 9
The pipe connecting coupler 10 has a pipe shape so that the pipe can be inserted, and the pipe is fitted to the pipe connecting coupler 10 outside, so that an extremely high sealing structure can be obtained. In addition, a rubber packing or the like for waterproofing can be attached to the pipe connection coupler 10 as needed. As mentioned above,
Since the electrode support portion and the cover are integrated and a structure is employed in which no gap is formed between the wire 9 and the electrode support 8, it is possible to prevent water or the like from entering the electrode support 8. . Incidentally, in the conventional configuration, it is inevitable that a gap is formed between the periphery of the wire and the electrode support portion 2, and it is impossible to prevent water or the like from entering the terminal portion.

Connect to position. At this time, the other end (power supply side) of the wire 9 is marked one by one (addition of a number or the like) so that which wire is connected to which terminal can be identified at the time of installation. Next, as described above, if the electrode support and the cover are integrated by welding or bonding so as to eliminate the gap, the electrode support 8 is completed.

First, as shown in FIG. 4, a fixing member 1 is attached to a coupling 7 vertically mounted in advance on the upper surface of a facility (spring tank or the like) as shown in FIG.
Screw it in and fix it. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, after each of the electrode rods 6 is screwed into a predetermined position in the electrode support 8,
The electrode rod 6 is fixed with a screw or the like to prevent the electrode rod 6 from dropping off naturally. The number of electrode rods 6 is large (for example, 5
In this case, in order to facilitate the fixing operation, the operation is started from the electrode rod to be mounted at the center, and the outer electrode rod is put on the back.
