Abstract
【解決手段】芯材料として合成樹脂材料のフィルム及びアルミニウム合金箔を有すると共に、アルミニウム合金箔を表面被覆材料とする層構造の帯状シート材料を、蛇腹状に弦巻状スプリングコイル形状を有する芯部材2に張り付けるようにしたことにより、必要に応じて伸縮・屈曲できると共に強度及び耐久性が十分な空調用ダクトを得ることができる。

Claims (2)
- 弦巻状スプリングコイル形状を有する芯部材と、
上記芯部材に帯状シート材料を蛇腹状に張り付けてなる風導部材と
を具え、上記帯状シート材料は、
合成樹脂材料のフィルム及びアルミニウム合金箔を芯材料とし、かつアルミニウム合金箔を表面被覆材料とする層構造を有する
ことを特徴とする空調用ダクト。 - 上記帯状シート材料は、
アルミニウム合金箔でなり、かつ上記表面被覆材料を構成する第1層と、
ポリウレタン樹脂系接着剤層でなる第2層と、
ポリエステル樹脂系フィルムでなり、かつ上記芯材料を構成する第3層と、
ポリウレタン樹脂池接着剤層でなる第4層と、
アルミニウム合金箔でなり、かつ上記芯材料を構成する第5層と、
ポリウレタン樹脂系接着剤でなる第6層と、
ポリエステル樹脂系フィルムでなり、かつ上記芯材料を構成する第7層と、
ポリウレタン樹脂系接着剤でなる第8層と、
アルミニウム合金箔でなり、かつ上記表面被覆材料を構成する第9層と
を積層した構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調用ダクト。
