Description
ここで図面を参照すると、図3−図4Bは、本発明の一実施態様に従う電解液傾き検出器30を例示する。電解液傾き検出器30は、金属製の容器32と、金属製の容器32に流体密関係で接続されたヘッダ電極組立体34とを含む。組み立てられた構成部材は、室36を画成する封じ込め封体部を提供する。室36は、部分的に電解質溶液37で満たされており、参照符号「B」により示される気体状の泡を有する。
Claims (15)
- 頂部と、頂部から垂れ下がっている側部とを有する金属製の容器と、ヘッダとを含み、室を画成する封じ込め封体部であって、封体部を通って形成された少なくとも一対の孔を有する、封じ込め封体部と、
少なくとも部分的に室を満たす電解質溶液と、
少なくとも一対の電極であって、各電極が、金属製の容器の頂部の内面と略平行な関係で室内に配置された電気的に活性な横方向部分と、少なくとも一対の孔の各孔を通って封体部の外部へ延びるリード部分とを含み、一対の電極の横方向部分が、少なくとも1つの傾き軸線を画定するように概略位置合わせされている、少なくとも一対の電極と、
を備えることを特徴とする電解液傾き検出器。 - 電極の周りに実質的に流体密なシールを形成するように、封体部の各孔内に配置されたシール用材料をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 傾き検出器は、横方向部分が単一の傾き軸線を画定する一対の電極を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 傾き検出器は、横方向部分が複数の傾き軸線を画定する少なくとも二対の電極を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- ヘッダは、導電性材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- ヘッダは、非導電性材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 金属製の容器の頂部は、弓状の内面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 金属製の容器は、非貴金属から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 金属製の容器は、非導電性材料の外層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 前記孔は、ヘッダ内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 金属製の容器とヘッダは、互いに溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- 金属製の容器とヘッダは、接着剤により互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- ヘッダは、傾き検出器の組み込みのための取り付け孔をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- シール用材料は、ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解液傾き検出器。
- ガラスは、封体部および対応する電極とのガラス対金属シールを形成することを特徴とする請求項14記載の電解液傾き検出器。
